Contro: Gli infissi sono quelli originali in legno, ma non impediscono i rumori provenienti dalla piazza sottostante (nel fine settimana, fino alla mezzanotte, si esibiscono complessi musicali).

Contro: Essendo in zona frequentatissima e’ molto difficile trovare parcheggio con l’auto e comunque, per i non residenti, questo e’ a pagamento per tutta la giornata.

Pro: L'appartamento è centralissimo, in una palazzina antica con gli affacci sulla piazzetta Pancali. Ho trovato gli interni molto accoglienti e funzionali. Una nota di merito per l'arredamento classico ed elegante.
Contro: Unico bagno, anche se moderno, funzionale e con doppio lavabo.

If you expect to stay in a great location for fair money, be sure to rent this apartment.
Pro: I recommend this place to everyone. I would like to thank especially the owners who took care of the smallest details, such as the welcome cake and wine - thanks to their small gestures you can feel at home in this place. The owner helped us in a critical situation to catch a flight very early in the morning. The apartment is very clean and well-kept, great location - right in Ortigia, everything within a few steps - restaurants, pubs, market. Syracuse is a great place for a longer stay and also as a base for trips to other parts of Sicily. I sincerely recommend this place and I hope to see you soon! Thank you 🙂

Pro: The apartment was easy to find and well-located arriving from the train station. The station is an easy 15 minute walk. Beautifully furnished apartment on a lively square near excellent restaurants and a fresh food market.
Contro: The square was a noisy on the Saturday night, but that could have been expected. The hosts take very good care of the apartment and expect guests to do so as well which made us a little nervous about doing the wrong thing. We were unaware of the required cash security deposit to be paid on arrival, but our hosts were able to accommodate that.

Pro: Krásný barevný byt v historickém centru. Ideální pro ty, kteří ocení památky, kouzlo starého města i rušný život v centru, večerní koncerty apod. Nedoporučuji pro rodiny s malými dětmi, ale s teenagery již ano. Dostupné městské parkování poblíž. Vřelí a vstřícní majitelé. Pobyt na Sicílii jak má být.

Insgesamt gut, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder !
Pro: Die Lage und und das Appartment sind super, auch die Anbindung zum Flughafen Catania hat gut funktioniert. Hier kann man den Bus I01 nehmen. Von der Haltestelle zur Wohnung muss man ca. 1.0 km laufen. Vorsicht bei später Ankunft in Catania, der letzte Bus fährt ca. um 22 Uhr. Gutes Frühstück und Kaffee findet man direkt vor der Haustür. Auch hier , sehr nettes Personal. Schlüsselübergabe hatte problemlos funktioniert. Altstadt mit den zahlreichen kleinen Gassen und Restaurants hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Contro: Den Schlüssel von der unteren Haustür sollte man nur von einer Seite benutzen . Nicht einfach , wenn beide Seiten gleich aussehen. Falsch eingeschoben und das Schloss kann blockieren. Ich sehe dort Handlungsbedarf. Wohnzimmer hat eine Zweisitzercouch . Nicht unbeding familienfreundlich, wenn man auch mal zusammen sitzen will. Vor dem Haus befinden sich Restaurants mit Musik im Aussenbereich direkt vor der Haustür. Wir sind techno- housmusic erprobt. Wenn jedoch eine schlecht gesungene Tina Turna neben deinem Bett bis 1:30 Uhr singt, dann wird es belastend und ist gerade für Familien mit kleinen Kindern wichtig zu wissen. Eine Garantie in Höhe von 300 Euro muss bei Übergabe bezahlt werden. Dies sollte in der Beschreibung klar definiert werden. Wir hatten es durch Berichte von anderen erfahren. Abnahme der Wohnung und Rückgabe der Kaution konnte bei uns nur um 8:30 stattfinden, Wohnung konnte aber noch bis 12:00 genutzt werden. Brot Toaster in der Küche wäre eine gute Idee.
