Pro: Incantevole appartamento con affaccio direttamente sul mercato di Ortigia da cui provengono i profumi e le voci. Il palazzo è un po' fatiscente ma l'appartamento di distingue per la ristrutturazione davvero originale e per le influenze artistiche che però a volte hanno la meglio sulla praticità di utilizzo degli ambienti. Molto gentile e disponibile la Sig.ra Linda, referente per l'accoglienza.

Beautiful, chic apartment, in the middle of the local social scene

Pro: An absolutely beautiful property, charming and individual. Also, spotlessly clean so you could settle straight in and relax. The proximity to the market was delightful, so you could make a cup of coffee and sit and watch all stalls and locals shopping. It was lovely to be met by Linda who explained everything so well (in English), and was very kind and available by WhatsApp if we needed anything.

Contro: Unfortunately, on two out of the four nights we stayed there was loud music banging out in the street and people partying at the cafe opposite the main bedroom window until 12.30am one night and 12.45am at he other. It was impossible to sleep through. However if you like that sort of thing, it was all great spirited and convivial so I know some people would love it. I was just praying it would stop by 11.00pm/11.30pm!

very special apartment in a very special part of Siracuse

Pro: very tasteful furnishings and decor very clean lots of space very nice details everywhere in the apartment the location of the apartment is sensational great market right outside the door, open almost every day, very nice bistros the service was great

Contro: our expectations were completely fulfilled, no improvements

Pro: Great location, very comfortable spacious bedrooms, with a good kitchen and beautifully decorated throughout and super clean. Linda was charming, helpful and gave us lots of suggestions and was always available to assist us. Great stay.

Optimaler Ort für Menschen die gerne kochen

Pro: Die Wohnung liegt über einem Markt. Ein Traum für Menschen die gerne kochen. Die Fenster sind superdicht und man kann trotz der Geräusche sehr gut schlafen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert großartig, ohne zu viel Wind zu machen, sehr komfortabel!!! Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gerne wieder, wenn in der Nähe.

Pro: Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in altem Gemäuer, an bester Lage, perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Ortigia. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, hohe, grosse Räume, gute Küche, schöne Möbel. Haben uns spontan wohl gefühlt. Wohnung liegt mitten im Marktviertel, trotzdem ruhig.
