Straconsigliato!!!

Pro: Struttura bellissima. Accessoriata molto bene, moderna e situata in una posizione davvero comoda. A pochi passi dal Duomo di Ortigia e circondata da comodi parcheggi. Poche volte capita di rimanere a bocca aperta quando entri in un appartamento!

Contro: In realtà non abbiamo trovato nulla che non ci piacesse!!!

Soggiorno divertente e spensierato

Pro: Struttura posizionata nel cuore dell’Isola di Ortigia: si affaccia sul vivace e allegro mercato del paese. Entrando dal portone e salendo 3 rampe di scale si accede ad un appartamento moderno, composto da salone e cucina con servizi utili per colazione, pranzo e cena; due stanze e due bagni separati, puliti e confortevoli. Il titolare Sergio è stato molto gentile e discreto, dandoci utili informazioni per il nostro soggiorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni presso questa struttura. La posizione rimane molto comoda e anche se si trova subito sopra

Pro: Appartamento molto curato! E dotato di ogni comfort

Great location, walked everywhere, confortable beds.

Pro: Very good comunication with host. Waited for us at the door, and explained everything.

Very nice apartment

Pro: The apartment was great with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The showers were very big and had lots of hot water. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Contro: Nothing really. Sergio did let us know that the fish market below the apartment sets up very early (5am) and it could be noisy in the front bedroom. It didn't bother me since I'm an early riser anyway. The only suggestion I have is maybe put up shelves in the showers to put your shampoo and soap on.

Pro: Pleasant design flat in centre of Ortigia market. Reasonable price.

Contro: Middle of market! It's loud. I think they provide earplugs. We were off season so it was on colder side but ac worked.

Pro: The house was luxurious, spacious, modern and clean. Everything seemed newly equipped. It was so close to the city center and everything was nearby.

If you like foraging through the market looking for fruit for breakfast, this is THE place to be.

Pro: Great location. It was right in the middle of the daily market. Lots of fun dining spots within a few minutes walk.

Contro: I wish there had been more outlets in our bedroom. I couldn't plug in my iPhone (alarm clock) near the head of the bed.

Stunning apartment in a vibrant location

Pro: Sergio was an excellent host and really enhanced our stay, personally checking us in and out again. As others have said, the market location is both good and bad. Vibrant during the day with great food and fresh produce but some days it was noisy from 3-4am and you definitely needed earplugs when staying in the front facing bedroom. From mid afternoon to around 5pm the market clear-up is again noisy but extremely efficient. The apartment itself is beautifully designed and wonderfully well appointed. Excellent bathrooms, bedrooms, storage, kitchen, living space, air conditioning etc. The location is good for exploring both Ortigia and main Siracusa and there are so many excellent restaurants and bars nearby you are spoilt for choice. It was lovely to wander each evening to a different location and soak up the atmosphere.

Contro: A little disappointed the balcony wasn't useable (far too small) and the exterior noise between 5am and 9am was quite a big issue for me (more than for my husband). It's worth noting our son in the rear bedroom wasn't bothered by the noise at all.

Beautiful apartment in a great location.

Pro: Great location - just above the market in Ortigia. Beautiful rooms and very comfortable. Parking nearby with easy payment options. Sergio was also very helpful. The noise of the market didn’t affect us.

Contro: A few extra toiletries like conditioner would have been great.
