Un soggiorno piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista

Pro: Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e ne sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta. L’appartamento era accogliente, pulito e ben curato, ma il vero punto di forza è stata la location perfetta: centrale e comoda per raggiungere tutto a piedi. Un soggiorno piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista – lo consiglio vivamente!

Pro: Ottima posizione dell' appartamento, facile da raggiungere anche a piedi. Le istruzioni dello staff sono state precise.

Pro: Beautiful view of the sea and bustling market below. Clean. Easy check in and out. Easy parking. Elevator.

Contro: No screens on the windows so mosquitos are a small issue.

Pro: Квартира гарна, чиста, має зручності. Місце розташування зручне. Можна пішки дістатися до будь-якої точки Ортіджії без проблем. Поруч ринок, безліч кафе та магазинів. За великими скупами ходили в Lidl, зо неподалеку. Пляжі поруч, але вони кам'янисті. Кому хочеться гарного пісочку, то 40хв на автобусі.

Perfect location to explore lovely Ortigia

Pro: The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the public garage, within walking distance of the main sights, with a view of the sea and the main market in Ortigia, and that's what makes this accommodation special. Lively atmosphere at the market, music, fresh food and scents of spices. If you don't like noise, then it will bother you, but we liked it.

Contro: The host company has a complicated way to register on the platform that has to be accessed and signing the lease agreement during the stay in the apartment, which I experienced for the first time. In order for the electrical devices in the apartment to work, a special key must be used, which must be in place at all times in order for the sockets to work. Upon arrival, you will receive a leaflet with the rules for disposal of garbage by day, which means that on a daily basis you only have to take out a certain type of garbage. We were bothered by the unpleasant smell of sewage from the bathroom, and the mattress on the bed was covered with a plastic protective film, which we had to remove because it was very unpleasant and impossible to sleep on. The pull-out bed in the living room is uncomfortable and two people can hardly fit. They should also leave some mosquito tablets, there are a lot of them. Windows need to be washed sometimes

Pro: The apartment is well equipped with all you need. It is clean and spacious ( for two people)

Contro: While the location is great, it is a noisy environment. The market and the shops around are opening around 6 in the morning. If you are a light sleeper you will need ear plugs. On the other side you are very close to great food places and nice market products.
