Consigliatissimo

Pro: Appartamento con terrazzino come nella foto descrittiva, tenuto molto bene e nuovo. Quello che mi è piaciuto di più è stata la posizione dell’appartamento, con i suoi pro e contro. Comoda per spostarsi su Ortigia e su Siracusa, ma dall’altro canto con i contro di una location piena di locali e ristoranti, quindi un po’ rumorosa.

Contro: Se dovessi trovare un piccolo difetto della proprietà, segnalo la doccia un po’ usurata e le finestre non propriamente insonorizzate. Per il resto tutto perfetto!

Pro: Soffitti affrescati. Posizione ottima. Ampie camere.

Bello gli arredamenti e posizione ottima

Pro: Struttura molto bella e ben tenuta, Ottima l’accoglienza al check in e con la disponibilità di Giulio è stata un’ottima partenza di vacanza

Contro: va benissimo così

Pro: posizione perfetta per girare Ortigia a piedi, appartamento in un vecchio stabile che avrebbe necessità di alcuni interventi, l'assenza di un ascensore non aiuta. appartamento spazioso, ci sono tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno confortevole.

Contro: Il materasso in memory foam della camera matrimoniale non era comodissimo, in bagno mancava una mensola in doccia per poggiare i prodotti. Doccia un po' provata dal tempo, non era pulitissima. Non trovo comodissimo il check in in presenza, in quanto bisogna prevedere con anticipo il proprio programma e l'orario di arrivo in struttura, provvederei in altro modo.

Pro: The size of the apartments were really convenient and location was perfect! If we wanted to wander around Ortigia it was right there and if we wanted to travel somewhere bus stop was a few minutes far. Overall it was really pretty there for that kind of money and in the summer!! Totally recommend it

Contro: I know it is not their fault but a little smell from sushi restaurant.

Pro: The location is very central. Close to all amenities. The apartment was clean and very airy. Staff are nice and very helpful 👍

Contro: Being close to pubs and bars it was a bit noisy but after 11pm its ok

One of the best apartments we have stayed in .

Pro: Great location and views. Very good windows and shutters . Super comfy bed , bed linen and towels.

Contro: No light working on stairs when leaving apartment. No towel or oven mitt in kitchen .

Overall, very good but a few small details for the owner/managing agent to consider.

Pro: Good location and smart modern apartment. If the WiFi had worked, I would have rated excellent.

Contro: WiFi didn't work, and this is a major issue in the modern world. No supply of additional bags for refuse so once you have put out one lot of refuse on the correct day, you have no bags for further refuse. Kitchen needs a tea towel so that washed items can be dried. Of course there is a dishwasher but not enough plates/mugs etc to make a full load, so it is easier for just 2 people to wash plates/cups as they go - hence the need for a drying cloth. No kitchen towel for hand drying, we used one from the bathroom.
