Posizione strategica, casa pulita e gentilezza del gestore. Consigliato

Pro: Struttura molto bella, posizione eccezionale, pulita e accogliente, molto gentile la signora che ci ha accolto. La casa è arredata in maniera ricercata.

Contro: Unico punto negativo, anche se marginale, è la mancata possibilità di regolare autonomamente i condizionatori che sono centralizzati (ma sono presenti in ogni stanza).

Very nice apartment!

Pro: Beautiful apartment, very clean, with lovely high ceilings and beautifully designed bathrooms. Everything you need is included, very comfortable. Located in the beautiful old town of Ortigia, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the first floor, and is accessible through a large old staircase hall with three stairs up.

Contro: Beware, the parking place recommended by the accomodation is OK, but there are scammers posing as the parking place owner to extort money. The parking meters are located outside the parking place.

Pro: A lovely apartment in a fantastic location — right at the entrance to Ortigia, yet everything is just a short walk away. The local market is full of fresh, local products, and the fish market is a real experience: you can grab some delicious fried whitebait or calamari while listening to the lively voices of Sicilian vendors calling out their daily catch. A stroll through charming Ortigia takes you to the beach in just 10 minutes. The modern, newly renovated apartment has everything you need and is the perfect place to relax after a sunny day by the sea. Our host Stefania was absolutely wonderful — kind, welcoming, and always available for anything we needed.

Pro: Het is een ruim appartement met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers, ruim en hygenisch. Keuken en woonkamer zijn goed uitgerust. Ligging is heel erg centraal aan het begin van Ortigia. Alle punten van het historische Ortigia is in korte tijd beloopbaar. De grootste overdekte parkeergarage op Ortigia ligt gelijk om de hoek. In het kort samengevat, uitstekende ligging en comfortabel appartement.
