Respiro Greco si riconferma per me un rifugio di relax e pace
Pro: È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questa bella villa con piscina privata e posso solo riconfermare che i servizi, l’accoglienza sono ottimi. Anche la posizione in cui si trova è strategica, abbastanza vicina ai punti più interessanti di Siracusa.

Consiglio Vivamente!
Pro: Respiro greco è davvero un posto sorprendente, immerso nel verde ma a due minuti di auto dal centro e dall’area archeologica. Una villa di elegante design, dotata di ogni confort. Vi si nota una cura particolare per ogni dettaglio da parte di chi la gestisce. Discreto ma premuroso il rapporto con la padrona di casa . Consiglio vivamente! Maddalena

Tutto ben oltre le nostre aspettatie
Pro: Tutto ben oltre le nostre aspettative...Posto strategico per visitare Siracusa e Ortigia, molto più centrale rispetto a quello che sembra dalla mappa. Casa con arredo modernissimo e tutti i confort di cui avevamo bisogno. Piscina pulita e perfetta per giorni di relax assoluto. Letti comodi e un grazie speciale a Ramona e al suo compagno che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa indicandoci cosa visitare durante il nostro soggiorno.
Contro: Andar via... ci sarebbe piaciuto poter restare un'altra settimana😂

A perfect, boutique hotel standard, quality property in its own little oasis ❤️
Pro: This modern design property is exceptional. Minimalist with high quality fixtures and furnishings. The beds are superb and the showers lovely and powerful. The kitchen appliances are high quality, all Bosch, also a coffee machine and kettle. The swimming pool is perfect. Spotlessly clean with jacuzzi option. It really is an oasis.
Contro: Liked everything about the property, the surrounding location isn’t the prettiest but once behind the gates it’s private and perfect. Yes, it’s near a main road but for us, that noise is preferable to “noisy neighbours” . We had done a road trip round Sicily, Syracuse being our final destination. We had planned to give the hire car back but we kept it as the location is actually a fair walk from restaurants etc, so a car is highly recommended 😊

Pro: Super Clean! Excellent location close to the city center!
Contro: Somewhat noisy (close to a busy road) and the pool could have been better (not the same ‘standard’ as the house which is very nice)

Luxurious house in full privacy.
Pro: Very private accommodation with very supportive hosts. They live on the same property but don’t bother their guests at all except for checking in via text whether you need anything. We had towels, coffee, some kitchen ingredients, and all the furniture and equipment is of high quality. I would definitely stay here again. We swam in the pool everyday and enjoyed our privacy. It’s true that there is an autoroute next to the property but it does not bother at all because it is still very calm and you can chill by the pool. Thanks for everything!

Heel modern en proper logement gelegen op 15min van het stadscentrum, voorzien van alle comfort
Pro: De netheid en algemene staat van het gebouw (heel modern en met smaak ingericht). De kamers, keuken en badkamer waren zeer goed uitgerust en voorzien van de nieuwste snufjes.
Contro: Qua ligging hadden we de afstand naar het stadscentrum onderschat waardoor we steeds de wagen moesten nemen. Het verblijf is gelegen in de buurt van het station en we moesten steeds twee elektrische poorten openen.

Un Havre de Paix Compromis par les Nuisances Sonores\
Pro: Maison au style sobre et moderne, équipée de toutes les installations nécessaires. Il ne manquait pas grand-chose. Les propriétaires sont flexibles, accueillants et très réactifs, offrant de nombreux conseils et répondant rapidement à toutes les questions. Accueil super à notre arrivée et nous ont gâté de petites attentions. La proximité des commerces et du centre ville de Syracuse est parfaite.
Contro: Cependant, un point négatif s’est révélé le jour de notre arrivée, ce qui nous a fortement déçus : la proximité immédiate avec une route. Toute la journée, on entend le bruit des sirènes de police, des pompiers, et des voitures qui passent. Nous avions loué cette maison avec l’intention de nous détendre au bord de la piscine et de profiter d’un extérieur paisible dans un esprit dolce vita. À l’intérieur de la maison, les nuisances sonores sont atténuées, mais on est loin du havre de paix espéré. De plus, la maison est située sur le même terrain que celle des propriétaires, à environ 10 mètres. Cela ne nous a pas dérangés du tout, mais c’est un point à connaître. Enfin, la propriété n'est pas particulièrement adaptée aux enfants. (Kids friendly).
