Domus Vittoria Siracusa

Pro: Camera matrimoniale belle e confortevole, nuova, pulita e moderna, cucinino dotato di lavabo, fornello e accessori per cucina (pentole, posate, tazze etc), frigo mini con all’interno già una bottiglia di acqua fresca e una di vino bianco gentilmente offerti e super apprezzati, macchina del caffè con molte cialde a disposizione, bollitore per il the e bustine di the a disposizione, aria condizionata del condizionatore ben funzionante, ottima posizione a circa 20 minuti a piedi da Ortigia.. ma sopratutto proprietario disponibile, attento fin prima del nostro arrivo, spiega benissimo come poter accedere alla camera, molto presente (tramite whatsapp) senza mai essere invadente o pesante! Consiglio veramente! Inoltre si trova dentro un palazzo molto tranquillo.

Pro: Tutto bene. Posto fantastico. Casa bellissima. Il proprietario Lino, bravissimo, disponibile e ci ha dato tanti consigli per la vacanza. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Bellissimo appartamento, host cordiale e disponibile. Quartiere perfetto per il Teatro Greco.

Pro: Tutto nuovo, in buonissimo stato. 8-10 minuti a piedi dal teatro greco. Parcheggio dentro il condominio. Bagno impeccabile. C'erano del caffè e del te in cucina. L'interazione con l'host è stato perfetto. L'host ci ha mandato una lista di ristoranti e bar in zona, che è stata molto gradita.

Contro: I cuscini erano duri ( sembra che sotto il letto c’erano altri) c’erano problemi con la televisione ( se avessimo saputo come cambiare source avremo potuto vederla). Per accendere le luci bisogna inserire la chiave nel interruttore però per chiudere la porta a chiavi bisogna togliere la chiave e chiudere la serratura a buio. Non comodo.

Pro: Lino è un host gentile e premuroso che fin da subito si è prodigato per aiutarci affinché il nostro soggiorno a Siracusa fosse perfetto. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene!

Pro: appartamento bellissimo..fornito di tutto..tranne qualche spugnetta per assorbire acqua

Contro: attenzione a pulizia sotto i letti..

Un ottimo appoggio per Siracusa

Pro: Appartamento molto pulito e confortevole, il proprietario molto disponibile. Bagno spazioso e letto comodo, fondamentale la presenza dell'aria condizionata. Posizione molto buona sia per visitare l'isola di Ortigia sia per l'area archeologica, parcheggio disponibile. Sicuramente consigliato per visitare Siracusa e dintorni.

Good location for visiting Syracuse and Ortigia

Pro: The host was always available through Watsapp for answering any questions we had. Whilst he wasn't there in person, he made it easy for us to get the keys and provided us with good local information. You can see the location on the map, so it should come as no surprise that it is a 45 minute walk to the furthest point of Ortigia. We happily walked there and spent a day wandering around the castle and the old town. So, for us, the location was ideal. Parking was relatively easy... a communal parking area within the surrounding properties. People coming/going all of the time, so if you don't get a good parking spot immediately, chances are that you can simply move the car a little later.

Contro: Not sure whether we missed something obvious, but hot water in the shower was virtually non-existent. It was just luke warm enough that you could get in without being shocked

Pro: The location of the apartment is very good (in walking distance to the historical centre and Ortigia). The apartment is very claen and spacious. The decoration of the apartment is very attractive.

Great time in Siracusa

Pro: We stayed in studio Nike and it was a very cozy and clean place to stay; surprisingly comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood helped us to get good rest after long tourist walks. The room is smartly equipped with all you might need and everything is in a very good condition. It felt really great and safe. There is a wonderful local (very authentic) bakery just a minute away from the property! Absolutely the right choice of place! Another big advantage is support from the host, @Lino, thank you very much, after Siracusa we stayed in two other places in Sicily and I must say yours won the first prise by all means! ☺️

Pro: We liked everything about the place, very comfortable big bed, nice bathroom, a little terrace and functional kitchen...you have everything you need for groceries and breakfast around in 5 min walk, close by bus station for bus going to the best beach in this region \

Contro: There was only 2 cupboards and couple of hangers for clothes and it can become easily messy around with all the clothes but its not big of a deal for vacation...
