Big lovely apartment :)

Pro: It was a very big apartment with big rooms, lovely furniture & 3 balconys :) The owners are very kind and when we had a small problem the worked it out right away :) The wifi worked perfectly, the kitchen and washing machine were of a great use as well^^

Contro: The only thing is a little distracting is the building is close to the railway station that had loud announcements

Pro: Very spacious and comfortable for family or three couples. Beautiful interior

Contro: It didn’t bother us, but some may dislike the train station just in front of the windows. As well drainage is smelly, thus you have to keep windows in bathrooms open.

Home from home comfort

Pro: This was a home from home experience for all of us staying. We were a family of 5 and there was so much room for everyone. Very comfortable and the lifts to the apartment made it easy for my mum and uncle. We had everything we needed and a easy walk to Ortiga in 20mins at leisure. Great stay and will definitely stay again .

Pro: Big apartment. Everything you need. Good communication from host. So lovely to us, even bought us a cake.

Contro: Toilet smell really bad. Broken toilet in other room. No kettle.

Pro: Nice and clean flat on 4th floor. We used elevator which stop next to your flat door. Air conditioning is in every room but you can switch on altogether in four rooms otherwise it is overload for electricity and it switching off. Comfortable beds and location is very close to everything. Communication with host preferably in Italian but we managed jump from English to Italian using translator app. Good location for those who travel by train because train station is located in front of flat windows. There were free spaces where to park our car on the street and it was not a problem. Historical centre Ortigia is about 17 min walking distance. We used sightseeing bus since it cost only 10 eur. per person.

Pro: Good location and parking was no problem. Close to the centre. Shop nearby. Elevator in the building. The apartment is very large, spacious and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped.
