Palazzo Bozzanca Apartments by Wonderful Italy

Pro: Appartamento ben arredato in palazzo storico. Ottima la posizione.

Contro: Manca la macchinetta del caffè , soltanto una piccola moka. L’appartamento è sfornito di tutto. Al nostro arrivo soltanto una piccola bottiglietta d’acqua . Davvero incredibile il fatto che per avere le doppie chiavi viene richiesta una cauzione di 50 euro. Se scendi da casa portandoti le chiavi sei costretto a lasciare senza corrente elettrica chi resta a casa visto che le uniche chiavi sono legate con un lucchetto alla chiave che attiva l’impianto elettrico.

Pro: appartamento molto moderno e ben attrezzato inserito in un bel palazzo storico. Buona la posizione per visitare Ortigia. Vista mare laterale dai balconi.

Contro: Il Palazzo situato di fronte è in ristrutturazione, quindi abbiamo sentito molti rumori soprattutto la mattina presto. I contatti con Wonderful Italy non sempre sono stati facili, dal momento che non viene fornito un numero diretto di un responsabile sul posto da contattare per eventuali problemi o domande.

Pro: The location couldn’t be better. It’s close to the sea, has a wonderful balcony and the view, it’s close to the restaurants and shops but at the same time it’s very quiet! It’s a newly renovated apartment, very fresh and new, modern and stylish, loved the stay !!

Nice apartment, great location, cumbersome lighting arrangements.

Pro: Location is great, near the ocean and easy walking to historical sites. It is a longer walk or bus/taxi trip from the station (bus or train) but well worth it. There are two popular cafes very close nearby but we only visited one of them which was very good.

Contro: The biggest problem relates to turning on and off the electiricity in the apartment which requires a key that is attached to the front door key and cannot be removed. This means that if you enter the apartment in the night you open the door and then have to insert the light key in the dark. Of course you use your mobile phone for light but it is cumbersome. Perhaps it saves the owner a little electicity?? The A/C is great but there are no windows in the apartment, only floor to ceiling glass doors. In the night we had no fresh air unless we left a door open. The agency that manages the accommodation is very insistent on us arriving at the time we nominate, but this is not always possible with transport. Rubbish removal is required, but the rules and arrangements are vague, to say the least.

Pro: The room was really lovely and clean, great location. Beautiful apartment

Contro: The noise from the restaurant below comes straight in, despite the double glazed doors. Felt like the doors were open. The food at restaurant was absolutely great so take the good with bad. Communication via booking. com was very bad.

Comfortable apartment for short stay.

Pro: Comfortable and quiet. Good location. Plenty of good restaurants near by. Wifi unreliable. Kitchen could have been better equipped.

Pro: El departamento estaba muy bien, la ubicación excelente

Contro: No nos dejaron ingresar ni un minuto antes en la propiedad, ni tampoco dejar nuestro equipaje tuvimos suerte pagar 27€ en la estación de tren para no andar toda la mañana con nuestro equipaje. Tiene lavarropa y no te permiten usarlo.

Pro: Lıkasyon çok çok güzel içi güzel döşenmiş rahat bir kat. Dokusu olan bir binada modernize edilmiş bir kat. Checkin ve check Out süreçlerine bir çözüm bulmalılar. Birileri kapıda anahtar vermek için bekliyor buluşmanız problem oluyor ve ekstra ücret şarj etmek istiyorlar. Bu sorun çözülürse Ortigi bölgesinde kalmak için harika bir yer

Pro: Elegancki, dobrze urządzony apartament, w pałacu przy wybrzeżu. Z balkonu widać morze.

Contro: DODATKOWA OPŁATA ZA CHECK IN PO GODZINIE 20:00 WYNOSI - 20E PO GODZINIE 24:00 - 40E Taka informacja powinna być podana WCZEŚNIEJ w trakcie rezerwacji a nie już po zapłacie i CHECKINIE.

świetne miejsce

Pro: Świetny standard apartamentów. Wygodne i przestronne pokoje. Lokalizacja przy promenadzie. Blisko do cafeterii i restauracji. Dobre miejsce. Jedyny minus Ortigii to brak możliwości zaparkowania przy lokalu. Koszt parkingu oddalonego od miejsca zamieszkania to ok 10-20E za dzień.
