Very comfortable apartment, amazing sea views from the private terrace, and a great location on Isola Ortigia.

Pro: The private terrace, comfortable rooms and amazing location.

Contro: Stairs - more than expected.

Pro: Convenient location - could walk from train station. Comfortable and spacious apartment. Located at seaside - beautiful view. Cooking and laundry facilities. Rooftop terrace was large - washing dried quickly during the day, lovely to eat dinner overlooking the sea at night.

Contro: The portal was onerous to complete before check in.

Comfortable apartment, wonderful terrace - first line to the sea

Pro: A wonderful apartment! It is really first line to the sea - the terrace goes right to the sea. Below you there is only a narrow, two-lane road (it goes along the coast around the entire island) - and behind it is the sea! And the road turned out to be even less noisy than we expected. You sit at night with a cocktail, look at the moon rising over the sea and listen to the voice of the sea. Fantastic! And during the day we sunbathed on the terrace and swam right from that rock that is visible to the right from the terrace. Here, of course, you need to have the skill to get to this place along the narrow ledge, but it is worth it. The house is authentic, residential - everything is conveniently organized in it. Downstairs on the corner there is a nice cafe. All the sights are within easy reach (however, the whole of Ortigia is not too big).

Contro: There was some kind of problem with a certain contract from the rental company - they asked to fill out an additional form and sign another contract, according to which they wanted to charge us for the city tax a second time. The owners themselves (the employee spoke to us without giving us a name) did not resolve this issue, we had to involve Booking. I give the staff a good rating only because our check-in manager Clizia was polite and we had no problems with her.

Great place for a stay would go back there again

Pro: The location coupled with the terrace view makes it an ideal place for a stay in ortegia

Contro: Not much at all actually perhaps the stairs rails from the first to second floors could do with some attention ?

Bel appartement avec une vue extraordinaire.

Pro: L'appartement est très bien conçu et très agréable, la vue est incroyable !

Contro: Il manque une table dans le salon et une table plus grande sur la terrasse pour déjeuner. Il faut également envisager un rideau occultant ou un équivalent pour la porte et la fenêtre de la chambre principale. Il y fait clair comme en plein jour dès l'aube.

Pro: Perfekte Lage, inmitten der Altstadt. Alles ist zu Fuss perfekt erreichbar. Ein Parkhaus ist 50m entfernt (20€/Tag, im September 2024). Wunderschöne Terrasse mit Sicht aufs Meer.

Pro: The sea view is amazing, and the location is excellent! Apartment is new and looks fresh.

Contro: Internet not stable but otherwise we loved our stay.
