Pro: La casa è accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. La posizione è perfetta per spostarsi comodamente a piedi. La signora Carmelita è davvero gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Ottima scelta

Rilassante e accogliente
Pro: L’appartamento molto accogliente. Tutto ristrutturato e molto pulito
Contro: Ho apprezzato molto l’arredamento e l’ordine che si trova una volta entrati in casa che dà la possibilità di rilassarsi e godersi la propria permanenza. Sicuramente i climatizzatori in tutte le stanze hanno dato la possibilità di trovare ristoro nelle calde giornate di luglio. Inoltre il valore aggiunto della casa è la proprietaria che è stata molto disponibile per soddisfare le nostre richieste.

Pro: Ampia e spaziosa, perfetta per 2 coppie. Punto di forza i due bagni e un terrazzino privato.
Contro: Nel nostro caso avendo l’auto risultava sempre un po’ lontana dal parcheggio (il più vicino all’isola è il parcheggio Talete ma è sempre difficile trovare posto e spesso eravamo costretti a parcheggiare anche a 20 min a piedi di distanza) essendoci spesso la ztl attiva e in caso contrario i parcheggi sono riservati per la maggior parte ai residenti dell’isola.

Carmelita was a charming host and very helpful even helping us out with her own transportation!
Pro: Clean modern and comfortable with everything you need.
Contro: We are a senior couple so if anything the stairs to entrance were a bit challenging but we managed well.

A perfect apartment for families
Pro: We loved the location, near the ocean but an easy walk through the winding old streets of Ortigia to restaurants and sites. It is a beautiful and spacious high ceilinged apartment with three bedrooms and living area with modern kitchen. It has been tastefully redecorated. The two bathrooms are a bonus for a family. The apartment also has a courtyard with washing machine so clothes drying is easy here. Coffee machine is a welcome addition too. There was a problem with the Wi fi for our stay, but believe this is a temporary issue. Highly recommend

Pro: I really can't recommend this place enough. Check-in was as simple as it gets. Communication was easy and consistent. The place was beautiful, AC's worked very well and the back sitting area was a nice addition. The location is great as well, just down the road from the parking station plus there's a great restaurant just outside the door and a coffee/pastry spot across the street

Jó elhelyezkedésű, kényelmes, tágas lakás
Pro: A lakás egy csendes utcában, mégis közel a központhoz található. 5 percre van egy jó strand (sziklás, stéges), csodálatosan tiszta vízzel. Pár lépésre található egy nagyon jó kávézó, ahol reggelizni, vacsorázni is lehet. A lakás nagyon tágas, 3 hálószoba, 2 fürdőszoba, jól felszerelt konyha 6 felnőtt számára is kényelmes. Nagyon jó volt a kis belső terasz, a vizes ruhák pillanatok alatt megszáradtak. Carmelita, a házigazda, nagyon kedves volt, érdeklődő, még egy egészségügyi problémát is segített megoldani. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, csak ajánlani tudom.

Pro: Veel ruimte, fijne woonkamer met bar. Fijn dat er prima koffie is. Je kunt er prima koken en wassen.
Contro: Het putje van de douche geeft een nare geur. Geen wasmiddel of douchezeep.
