La Palazzata

Pro: Excellent location on the island of Ortigia. We loved the outside roof terrace on an evening. Facilities of a high standard and very comfortable beds. The host sent us very detailed instructions on how to find the apartment and gain access including a short video. I would highly recommend this accomodation and wouldn't hesitate to book again if I was lucky to return.

Contro: Nothing everything absolutely perfect

Pro: Ideal property, a little haven. Especially the roof terrace.

Ortigia lovely

Pro: Location second to none, house clean and comfortable with all mod cons. Roof terrace was the cherry on top.

Contro: Could have had a sun lounger on the terrace and the main shower head could be difficult to switch to. All minor considerations in a thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay

Pro: It was SO quirky, cute, bright and comfortable. Balconies and the rooftop were perfect for meals, playing cards or just relaxing. The washing machine and drying rack were so appreciated. The renovation is just perfect and we were all so impressed by all the details and clever designs. Location could not have been better! Short walk to everything. Very, very hard to leave!

Contro: Beds were very, very soft. Main bedroom ensuite had a strong sewerage smell. Showers didn’t work on overhead and the fitting for hand held was way too low.

Wonderful stay in Ortigia

Pro: Loved staying in the heart of Ortigia. Walking distance to everything, it is perfect and a great size for a family of 5.

Contro: The A/C was not working on the last night so it was very hot. They told us to pay city tax just before we checked in and it was not noted in the booking confirmation like all the other properties in Italy where the booking specifies that x amount tourist tax will be collected by the property. A heads up upon booking confirmation would be good, or they should note this as a separate item in booking.com

Beautiful place.

Pro: Beautful interior with contemporary interventions on historic building and lovely hosts. Conveniently close to talete parking for carrying luggages to palazzata. Sofa and wc on ground floor. 2 bedrooms each with ensuite on first floor with kitchen and dining area, each room with tv. Outdoor area on second floor.

Contro: Streets around palazzata are run down but palazzata is beautiful and convenient location makes up for it. Streets are cleaner towards piazzas and tip of ortigia.

Fenomenal , céntrico, amplio y buena atención

Pro: Es muy bonito, amplio y con una terraza muy útil. Además está muy bien ubicado. Cualquier cosa que necesites los propietarios están disponibles. Nos han ayudado mucho con todo.

Pro: Perfektni ubytování v centru Syracus. Celkem 3 ložnice, nádherná terasa, všude velmi čisto a útulno. Kuchyň plně vybavená.

Wonderful host.

Pro: In the old town. So much character to the neighborhood. Restaurants at the bottom of the hill. Short walk.
