Pro: Appartamentino nel cuore di Ortigia, zona tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Semplice ma dotato di tutto il necessario.

Casa bellissima nella nostra città del cuore.

Pro: La posizione è perfetta per girare Ortigia ed è vicina al parcheggio Talete. La casa è in una corte molto silenziosa. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili

Contro: Il divano letto in salotto è per una sola persona, ma questo è spiegato bene nella descrizione della casa.

Great location in the heart of Ortigia

Pro: Great location, spacious, clean appartment. Great to have a washing machine and large bathroom. Clear instructions with easy access. Parking is close by.

Contro: Could do with a few more items in the kitchen and coffee/tea provisions

Pro: Perfect location in a quite yard. Excellent beginning for a daily tour around the surraundings or whole Sicily. There is a parking in a walking distance.

A place to find authenticity and charm

Pro: Daniele was amazing and so helpful for my check-in and all along my stay! When i arrived i couldn't find the location of the flat and he was there doing his possible! the digicode was given but i didn't read it correctly that i had to press on bell to validate the opening! He remotely opened the flat so i could get in! The electronic card instead of the classical keys was really handy and light to carry! There were enough utensiles to cook and i really appreciate that!

Contro: Personnally, I didn't find right away the street of the location when i arrived even with the indications and plans given from Daniele and Carola! It was pretty late and I was certainly tired too. During my stay, there were no hot water and couldn't take shower for my two last days, which is strange since the first day i didn't have any issue with! I wish i could find a bidet so oldfashion but so useful! The location is pretty remote from touristic avenue in the old city, but all around locals and permanent residents from both sides of the flat are very talkative and talks loudly and it resonates in the yard. Plus just right next the flat, the neighbour's dog that shouts when people comes back and forth is quite annoying! We have to get used to it but I guess it's part of the charm! There wasn't much intimacy but rather quite promiscuity! Fortunately the beautiful wooden shutters preserved the minimum of privacy!

Pro: Świetna lokalizacja, pomocni sąsiedzi z podwórka, spokojnie i cicho jak na Ortigię.

Contro: Brak wygodnych foteli i tv.

Udany pobyt

Pro: Świetna lokalizacja, wygodny i klimatyczny apartament. Łatwe zameldowanie, dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Pro: Świetna lokalizacja, czysto, świetna komunikacja z właścicielem. W nocy cisza, świetnie się spało!
