Pro: Ottima struttura rinnovata da poco, pulita e accogliente, il personale con il quale mi sono interfacciato è gentile e competente, registrerò i contatti per un eventuale permanenza futura

Ottimo soggiorno!

Pro: L'appartamento è spazioso e molto accogliente, dotato di tutto il necessario per qualche giorno di vacanza: dall'ombrellone alla macchinetta per il caffè con le relative capsule, dall'acqua e le tisane ai prodotti da bagno. La posizione è ottima, in piena Ortigia e a due passi dal mare, ma in una zona tranquilla. Abbiamo avuto solo contatti via messaggio con la proprietaria, che ha sempre risposto con prontezza e ci ha anche permesso di tenere le chiavi oltre l'orario del check in, fino alla nostra partenza.

Contro: Per accedere all'appartamento, situato al primo piano, é necessario salire una scala ripida.

Pro: Host disponibile e accogliente, location stupenda e casa bella e funzionale

Pro: Posizione centrale, a nostra disposizione frutta, caffè ,tisane e una bottiglia di vino

Contro: Zona ztl ma parcheggio abbastanza vicino La tv aveva problemi di antenna, ma quando l'abbiamo comunicato sono intervenuti presto

Great location and spacious private apartment

Felt like home from the first moment, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Pro: Our host was wonderful — so kind, attentive, and always quick to reply. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located in the heart of Ortigia, just minutes from everything. We especially appreciated her thoughtful gestures: when we asked for an extra key, she brought it right away; and on our last day, since our flight was in the evening, she kindly let us stay until 3 pm, which made everything so much easier. The place felt just like home — peaceful, comfortable, with lovely neighbors and a calm atmosphere. We truly felt cared for and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’re already planning to come back next year and stay even longer. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Siracusa!

Amazing and 2 min from the center on foot😍

Pro: Amazing and wonderful!😍 The owners (Italian mom and girl🇮🇹) are sooooo kind and available. They welcomed us with candies and water🫶🏼 The appartement is very clean and you have everything you need. Very close to the centre and Calarossa beach (2-3min on foot). Bus station nearby and Piazza Meteotti (shops street), restaurants (Titto Mare and more) and harbour/pier nearby also. Not expensive, even in July! I highly recommend this place😍

A perfect location to relax and explore Ortigia

Pro: The apartment is spacious spotless well equipped comfortable beds quiet to sleep at night a sunny balcony and the host family were welcoming we feel like guests The location is perfect to explore Ortigia We are here another week!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable stay close to the heart of Ortesia.

Pro: The property was in a great location and close to the city’s parking facility. The house was large, clean, and comfortable. The hosts kindly provided a coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods and bottled water. So appreciated! They also were very responsive on WhatsAp.

Contro: A house (address) number would have been helpful for finding the property.

Pro: Расположение супер. С вокзала 20 минут пешком. Купальня ближайшая150 метров. Все понравилось.
