Pro: Posizione comodissima per visitare ortigia e facilità di parcheggio vicino la struttura. Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario. Climatizzatore caldo freddo in entrambi gli ambienti

Esperienza più che positiva in una città molto bella.

Pro: Appartamento comodo e confortevole per quattro. Colazione ottima e abbondante con buonissime torte no industriali. Ottima posizione a pochi metri dal lungomare con un panorama bellissimo. Facilità di posteggio. Ed infine la bellissima accoglienza e ospitalità da parte del gestore e del personale che hanno usato non uno ma due occhi di riguardo nei nostri confronti, anche quando siamo stati a cena nella trattoria del gestore (ancora ci ricordiamo la magnifica cena). Grazie per avere contribuito a rendere molto bello il nostro soggiorno a Siracusa.

Contro: La presenza di una macchinetta per il caffè renderebbe completa la comoda cucina.

Ottima struttura nel cuore di Ortgia

Pro: Posizione centralissima ma tranquilla. Accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario.

Contro: Un pò scomoda la scala per salire al piano di sopra dove c'è il bagno e la camera da letto. Non adatta ai disabili. Consiglierei un corrimano.

Cosy apartment, friendly & helpful staff

Pro: Great location, all the sites in walking distance. Cosy apartment, friendly and helpful staff. Bit tricky for parking. Upon check-in, staff registers your car plate, so you can park for free in the street (on the right side, limited number of parking space) near the apartment ( ZTL-parking zone only for residents of Ortigia). Other option is to park at Telede public parking (chargeable - 24h-15 euros).

Contro: Water leaking from bottom of shower

Pro: Very spacious and cleverly designed. Great aircon, location and equipments. Very pretty little flat, in a quiet and safe side street. Comfy and clean bedroom and bathroom (big space with all bathroom products provided). There is even bottled water, milk, fresh coffee, jams and croissants!!

Contro: It would have been great to have a sponge, tea towel and washing up liquid in the kitchen. There is only one street with free parking in front of the flat (every other street in Syracuse is resident only), which was always full so we had to pay to go to the nearest car park for 15€ a day. The check in process is great and super practical but not well explained by the staff member in charge. Basically you just need to go to their restaurant to pick up the keys and they also kindly offer luggage storage if you need at check out. Nothing bad! Just EBI 😀

Really wonderful & highly recommended

Pro: It’s really well located in the heart of Ortigia, close to the sea. Very nice and confortable. And the very best: Marco, the host, is really kind, warming and easy going. We fell in love with him and all the people working here ❤️

Pro: Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt und sie ist schön eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber war nett und zuvorkommend.

Contro: Durch die zentrale Lage war es etwas laut. Einige Teile sind zudem etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
