Pro: L’appartamento è davvero molto bello. Curato nei dettagli e accogliente. Anche la scala, sebbene faticosa, contribuisce a rendere gradevole lo spazio. Camera da letto ampia. Balcone piuttosto piccolo e caldo ad agosto. Posizione perfetta. Un soggiorno particolarmente gradevole. Grazie allo staff sempre disponibile. Ci tornerei e lo consiglierei ad altri!

Contro: Se avesse avuto uno spazio esterno più vivibile sarebbe stato perfetto!

Wunderschöne Maisonette Wohnung mit toller Lage

Pro: Our stay was a 11/10! The apartment was clean, modern, and spacious, with an ideal location, directly on the coastline and beach. We immediately felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful details: bottled water and a welcome wine waiting in the fridge, beach towels provided, and you feel a nice smell when entering the apartment. Our host, Salvatore, was extremely kind and responsive. He shared great tips for exploring the city and even helped us secure a parking spot. Thank you for everything – we would definitely love to come back! :)

Contro: I wish there would have been a sea view, that would be the cherry on top :)

Elegant suite with everything you need. Great place!

Pro: A delightful experience all around. Salvatore took great care of us with wonderful recommendations for places to visit and eat. Well thought out suite with a great location. Bed was over the top comfortable!

Contro: Really nothing! Couch was a bit weird with back cushions that were not attached but we learned how to sit on it.

Pro: We appreciated clear self check in instructions and there is designated motorbike parking just around the corner, which was very convenient.

Pro: Beautiful modern apartment in an old building. Very well located, lovely cafe across the street, close to everything but yet in the main restaurant streets so quiet at night. Host Salvatore most helpful. Highly recommend.

Superb place for a vacation

Pro: We loved the location ,excellent facilities the host gave excellent info re entering the property . The apartment was beautifully decorated . Great swimming place very close to apartment .

Contro: We made a mistake and we’re confused re the street numbering however the host was very accomodating and patient with us

Best place to stay in Ortigia

Pro: The decor and styling were as nice as home. It was quiet, clean and chic. The location was outstanding with a beautiful cafe across the road and a great place to swim two minutes walk away.

Fijn appartement in Ortigia

Pro: Het appartement is sfeervol en netjes. De locatie is top, alles in Ortigia is op loopafstand. Aan de overkant van het appartement zit een fijn ontbijt/ lunchtentje.

Contro: De regendouche werkte niet. Er lagen voor 4 dagen maar 2 handdoeken klaar, vaatdoekjes roken niet fris en er waren geen theedoeken.
