Pro: stupenda, la terrazza con vista sul mare è vera! se dovessimo tornare sicuramente proveremo a prenotare nuovamente questo appartamento.

Pro: La signora Paola è molto gentile, disponibile e simpatica.É stata una vacanza bellissima,la vista dal terrazzo é mozzafiato ed incantevole, sicuramente da ripetere.

Contro: Scarsa possibilità di parcheggio.

Pro: There's no doubt about it, the terrace is the apartment's wow-factor. The apartment is on split levels with one bedroom and one bathroom with toilet being on the upper level and the terrace is a few steps on a spiral staircase, on the top. One reviewer mentioned it could be a problem for some people, which worried me a little. It's fine though, my husband and I are over 70 and we managed the stairs easily. Only people with serious mobility issues could have a problem. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. There's air-conditioning in every room, which in cold periods doubles up as heaters. The location is also fantastic- it's in a very picturesque part of town, next to the sea and you can walk absolutely everywhere in Ortigia.

Contro: There was nothing not to like if only 2 people are staying there, like we were. If you're a family or group of friends the kitchen could be a problem if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Otherwise, it's fine. We found everything we needed.

Worth it for the views alone!

Pro: A beautiful location and the views from the terrace were breathtaking. We were given clear instructions to drive the car on the island, despite it being a ZTL zone, we were able to drop our bags at the accommodation, then park the car in the nearby Talete municipal parking lot. Paula, the host, was a wealth of knowledge and always there to help when we needed her. You can walk 100m either side of the apartment and be swimming in the gorgeous Ortigia waters.

Contro: The kitchen is small but well-equipped - it's not a huge problem, but it did make it difficult to cook some dinners (we were there for 5 nights and did not want to dine out every night). The facilities overall are a little dated and could use some improvements but it did not detract from the amazing experience we had at the accommodation and in Ortigia.

Contro: Nothing not to like. The kitchen could be more functional with an extra stovetop.

Pro: Great apartment in the perfect location in Ortigia. Fabulous terrace with sea views on both sides. Near great swimming spot. Comfortable beds and quiet aircon. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Contro: The kitchen is small, but that didn’t bother us because we mostly ate out.
