Pro: L'appartamento, oltre a essere molto bello, è sicuramente dotato di molti comfort e localizzato in una posizione centrale. Gabriele è un host attento, disponibile e cordiale. Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento signorile in una parte suggestiva di Ortigia
Pro: L'appartamento è al primo piano di un palazzo tipico di Ortigia, il soggiorno e la cucina affacciano sulla strada, la camera ed il bagno su una corte interna. E' posto in una strada suggestiva e non trafficata, la posizione è comoda per girare tutta la parte più attraente dell'isola. Le stanze sono ampie, ed arredate in modo molto curato. Tutto ciò che poteva servire per un soggiorno, anche di lungo periodo, c'era. L'accesso avviene con key box. I proprietari sono disponibili e gentili. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Contro: L'androne dell'edificio e la scala di accesso impongono attenzione a dove si mettono i piedi. La terrazza vista mare è esterna all'appartamento, si trova sul tetto dell'edificio e vi si accede con una scaletta stretta e ripida.

Pro: Appartamento in centro ( zona ztl ), ottimo per una settimana di vacanza. Appartamento particolare, la terrazza non troppo comoda, buia e su un altro livello rispetto alla casa. Nel complesso una buona scelta.

Beautiful well equipped apartment in a perfect location.
Pro: Large well equipped apartment in a great location. Best kitchen facilities I have ever found in a self catering apartment. Quiet location but loads nearby. Very close to a brilliant swimming spot. Lovely roof terrace.
Contro: Only issue was learning how to unlock the front door which took a few tries!

Very comfortable, well located, cool and clean.
Pro: Beautifully furnished. Lots of extras - books, guide books, cooking facilities etc Very well located and very cool and spacious inside.
Contro: Only draw back was the terrace was up four tight steep flights of stairs and was so awkward to get up to we didn’t use it. We had the balcony off the kitchen though so this was not a big loss.

Outstanding apartment in a beautiful place.
Pro: We loved everything about the apartment! The location was excellent, on a lovely quiet street, and the apartment itself was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. The apartment is north-facing which means it stays cool during the summer months, even without air conditioning. the bedroom was pitch dark during once you closed the door and windows, which is very welcome for light sleepers, like myself. the bed is very large and comfortable. we loved the little balcony as well and enjoyed having coffee or a drink there and seeing the sun come up or going down. Perhaps the most impressive thing was that we found absolutely everything we needed, including bottle opener, coffee makers, shoehorn etc. The hosts are also incredibly kind and helpful.
Contro: There was really nothing we didn't like. we didn't use the terrace as much as we expected, partly because we found that the little balcony was sufficiently comfortable for the morning coffee and we were not in the flat for most of the day.

A fantastic place to stay - we highly recommend!
Pro: The location was great - the rooftop terrace was beautiful. The apartment was really well appointed - kitchen, bathroom, living room all of a very high standard. Air conditioning worked well (very important in this part of the world).
Contro: The fold-out bed wasn't very comfortable (we heard from our daughters).

Lovely apartment in a very beautiful part of Sicily. Host was exceptionally helpful.
Pro: The property was well equipped having everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. Shops for provisions were a short walk away and there were lots of restaurants, bistros and cafes nearby.
Contro: There were a number of steps up to the property and even more up to the sun terrace. This might be a problem for someone who is not physically active or able.

a home away from home!
Pro: it’s like a home away from home. spacious, well equipped and very clean. great to have a coffee machine and washing machine
Contro: nothing really - the stairs up the the terrace are quite steep but the view is totally worth it!
