Pro: Villa spaziosa e ottimamente arredata. Tutto nuovo e elegante. Vista splendida della baia e di Ortigia. Perfetta per un gruppo di amici. Assolutamente consigliata. Host gentile e professionale.

Splendida villa con bellissima vista, ideale per esplorare la zona

Pro: Posizione ottima sia per raggiungere Siracusa che per raggiungere le zone più a sud, come Avola. La casa è dotata di numerosi confort ed è esattamente come appare nelle foto. Un particolare elogio va alla splendida vista dalla terrazza, che offre scorci su Ortigia e sull'Etna (visibile nelle giornate limpide).

Contro: Nessun aspetto realmente negativo, ma la cucina risulta un po' piccola se si desidera cucinare per le 8-9 persone che la villa può ospitare. Inoltre, sarebbe utile spostare il barbecue all'ultimo piano o aggiungere dei tavoli al piano terra per facilitarne l'utilizzo.

Villa al di sopra delle aspettative, lusso in ogni dettaglio ma con stile.

Pro: Posizione strategica per visitare Siracusa e godersi il plemmirio senza tutti i fastidi del centro storico. La villa ha spazi molto ampi, tra cui un solarium smisurato, da cui si gode di una vista mozzafiato su Ortigia e lo splendido golfo di Siracusa. E' dotata di ogni comfort, con tutto il necessario, elettrodomestici di fascia alta.

Pro: the villa is very beautiful, all the details are high quality. the host was so nice to us! it was a great stay. also there were a lot of kitchen utensil, as well as some useful products like spices, oil, snacks, coffee etc. it was really comfortable especially for the first day of stay. everything was clean on villa. views from the living room, terrace, even bedroom are wow ❤️ and those citrus trees in the garden ❤️

Contro: we visited vila not in the high season, so the neighbourhood was somewhat boring - no cafes open, no places for walk. but in 15 mins drive there is Ortigia with all the fun 🙃 so, I guess, renting car is a must. especially when there is electric charging station at the property)

Beautiful villa, close to the beach and city

Pro: Everything, beautiful property in good location with sea and city views, sparkling clean, comfortable beds, high quality bed linen and towels

Pro: Brand new property, 15-20 min drive from Ortigia, also close to many nice beaches and lidos. Well equipped kitchen and barbecue, great terrace and roof top with beautiful view of Syracuse.

Pro: Un accueil parfait, très professionnel. Une villa très belle, très bien équipée, idéal pour notre groupe de sept personnes.

Traumhafte Woche auf Sizilien im Februar

Pro: Absolut eine traumhafte Woche in einer atemberaubenden Villa mit Meeresblick. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist besonders gut mit allen möglichen Geräten ausgestattet. Wir haben sogar einige Lebensmittel für unser erstes Frühstück bekommen, inkl. Nespresso Kapseln. Es gibt mehrere Terassen, wo man essen konnte (inkl. Tisch und Stühle) oder einfach relaxen und die Sonne genießen. Absolute Hightlights waren ein Mandarinen und Zitronenbaum. Die Früchte waren gerade reif und sehr sehr lecker. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber nicht weit weg von der Stadt. Das Auto ist ein Muss. Besonderer Dank an unsere Gastgeberin Stefania. Dank Ihr haben wir eine unvergessliche Woche verbracht.
