Pro: Bellissima villa affacciata sul mare, davvero stupenda e curata nei minimi dettagli . Host accogliente e disponibile, hanno un bellissimo libro che ti aiuta a orientarti nei dintorni.

Pro: Posto bellissimo, con grande portico + giardino direttamente sul mare, e Ortigia sullo sfondo. Per 4 giorni ci siamo sentiti dei privilegiati ad essere lì. Appartamento ben arredato... c'è perfino Alexa. Veronica gentilissima, ci ha dato varie indicazioni dei dintorni che abbiamo sfruttato con soddisfazione. Gli amici a cui abbiamo mandato qualche foto, hanno voluto assolutamente sapere dove si trova questa location top!

FANTASTIC!
Pro: It was perfect, a 20 out of 10. The view is spectacular, even prettier than in the photos. The private parking saved us a lot of stress. We drove to Ortigia in less than 10minutes. And to Noto in 30 minutes. The apartment is very clean and well equiped. We have a very active toddler of 2,5 years who enjoyed running around on the grass trying to catch the cats while we could sit and relax, because he couldn't \
Contro: Nothing, it was the best place we stayed in Sicily.

A beautiful villa by the sea, the perfect holiday!
Pro: This is a lovely private villa right by the sea, beautiful garden with lots of space and a pool, you can also swim in the sea. The villa is very comfortable with everything you need! The hosts left wine and snacks for our arrival, it was very thoughtful!

Nestled along the shore, this place offers not just a view, but a feeling—of stillness, wonder, and grace with the added bonus of the petit swimming pool. The hosts are thoughtfully attentive, having woven care into every detail to craft a truly unique and memorable experience.Nearby, three delightful restaurants await—but La Fornace calls out like a melody, serving wood-fired pizzas and the sea’s freshest offerings,right on the beach.
Contro: Not much to comment on. Exceeded our expectations.

Nice accommodation, great view, shame about the November weather!
Pro: We visited 'out of season' (November) and the weather was really quite bad. I'm sure this location would be so much more enjoyable in the Spring & Summer. The accommodation and the garden are very pleasant. It's a lovely view across the bay (and the mussel beds), towards Ortigia. The hosts were pleasant, responsive and helpful with suggestions about shops, parking, etc. The kitchen is functional and well-equipped (though no kettle), and the rest of the accommodation is well decorated/furnished. I don't think there was a tv, but that's fine with us.
Contro: The weather was terrible! Nearby restaurants and markets were closed (understandably). It didn't feel safe to walk along the road due to several large dogs wandering about. (The accommodation & garden itself were fine). You need a car to stay here, especially in November.

A very pleasant stay, comfortable, clean, semi luxury and a lovely view
Pro: A lovely luxury type villa with a big garden and a beautiful view of the sea, island city and muscle farm. The kitchen was a little small but manageable. A very pleasant stay.

Eine stille Oase in schönster Lage
Pro: Wer Ruhe bei phantastischer Aussicht bevorzugt, findet sie hier. Die Gastgeber wohnen selber auf dem Grundstück und sind sehr entgegenkommend.
Contro: Ein größerer Sonnenschirm könnte nicht schaden. 😎
