Pro: Perfect location right in the thick of the old town Ortygia. Easy access to the beach and beautiful restaurants. Host was accomodating of needs, assisted in troubleshooting wifi. If travelling by car would be prepared to pay 15 euro a day for parking on island, about 15 minute walk from property

Fantastic!

Pro: A beautiful, spacious, fully equipped apartment only 1 min walk from the coast (you can catch a glimpse of the water from the balcony). Although it’s on one of the main streets (pretty balcony), it was calm. One of the best places we stayed in in Sicily. Would happily return. It wasn’t cold even in December unlike most apartments we rented on the trip. The A/C was very powerful as a heater too. Parking about 10 min walk from the house, at the entrance of the island. Smooth communication with our host for check in. Grazie!

Beautiful setting close to the sea

Pro: Good location, very close to the water, which you can see from the balcony, as pictured. Inside we found a charming apartment, designed with attention to detail, and many beautiful accents. It is equipped with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The lady host responded promptly to our requests. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Contro: The only unpleasant thing is the noise coming from the restaurant well into the night hours.

Lovely apartment

Pro: The apartment is lovely! The location is great, close to everything and a small beach, super clean and comfortable. I really have absolutely nothing negative to say about it. We totally recommend it and it would have received a complete 10 from us.

Contro: I wanted to mention here that you will only receive one piece of toilet paper because this is not a hotel or a b&b!! (that’s what the owner told us, exclamations included) It would have been nice to know before waking up in the morning, we were 4 people, and realized that there is no toilet paper available. I have no problem with buying my own, but it was not at all an ok attitude and it should be mentioned somewhere. As usual, Italy either gives you very nice people or not nice at all 😄
