Pro: Bell'appartamento pulito con giardino privato. Cucina mediamente fornita. Ottima la possibilità di fruire anche della piscina ( anche una bassa per bimbi). Per raggiungere Siracusa occorrono meno di 10 minuti in auto. Lo consiglio. Suggerisco qualche piccola manutenzione ed una rivisitata al pentolame a disposizione.

Pro: Una struttura adatta ad una famiglia con bambini piccoli, ideale e fondamentale la piscina con acqua bassa, dove lasciar giocare i bambini in tranquillità, personale cordiale e disponibile

Pro: Luogo tranquillo, accogliete e a due passi dalle più belle zone di Siracusa. . Staff super gentile e attento a tutte le esigenze degli ospiti. Il punto forte della struttura è proprio lo staff con persone meravigliose. Camere pulite luminose e dotate di ogni comfort. Adatto alle famiglie ma anche a gruppi di amici. Torneremo sicuramente

Pro: Personale cortese, disponibile e socievole. Hanno accontentato ogni nostra richiesta. Posizione comoda a un quarto d'ora più o meno dalle varie spiagge, necessità di spostamento in auto, ma servizi nelle vicinanze. Casa ampia, bel terrazzo vivibile, dotata di comfort gradevoli in giorni di caldo eccessivo (dall'aria condizionata al bel fresco della sera)... Piscina fruibile ogni giorno, ne presenta anche una per bambini più piccoli, sempre pulita.

Pro: Mi sono trovata benissimo, I proprietari due ragazzi gentilissimi, appartamento molto curato e abbastanza comodo. Vicino a centro commerciale e alla città, ma in posizione tranquilla distante dal caos.

Relaxed and Beautiful views
Pro: The venue is beautiful - the patio is overlooking fields of green trees. beautiful sun set views at dinner time and the occasional firework display. The rooms were all a good size, the showers very powerful. The kitchen well equipped. it's a full flat at your disposal. The pool while separate is very nice, kept clean all the time. There is a shopping centre nearby and it is very close to Ortigia which is a beautiful part of the Island.
Contro: The pool area is also a venue and they host events. it can be loud and late. The event was on our first night. The only downside, if you have light sleepers it can be a problem. For the rest nothing to complain about

Beautiful house, excellent pool, great base for exploring eastern Sicily!
Pro: The property was just outside Syracuse in the countryside, very good location for also visiting other places such as Noto, Regusa, Catania, mount Etna as well as local beaches. The house, pool and gardens were clean and well maintained. The host Annalisa and the staff were very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay.

Contro: La ducha en ambas habitaciones no funcionaba bien. Están taponadas por la cal y alguna manguera rota.

Pro: Super séjour! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très gentils. Toujours prêts à rendre service. Appartement très agréable et piscine magnifique et très propre

Pro: Værtsparret og personalet var flinke og imødekommende. Der var god service, når vi havde spørgsmål eller udfordringer. Vi var tre personer, som rejste sammen. Der var god plads i Case Barolo samt en dejlig, stor terrasse. Flot pool-område med god mulighed for sol og skygge. Stedet blev mere charmerende af, at det også blev brugt af lokale.
Contro: Case Barolo ligger uden for Siracusa. Man skal være opmærksom på, at det er mest optimalt at leje bil, hvis man ønsker fleksibilitet i forhold til at at komme ud at opleve. Der kører ikke busser mv. Taxaer kører dog ud til stedet😁
