Buon soggiorno nella splendida Ortigia

Pro: Appartamento di sicuro fascino, molto moderno e spazioso, ottimamente attrezzato, in un angolo tranquillo dell’Ortigia, circondato da residenti.

Contro: La zona non aiuta (siamo pur sempre in un’isola) e purtroppo il forte odore di umidità ha condizionato soprattutto la prima giornata, finché non siamo riusciti ad arieggiare bene. Ci sono stati un paio di problemi tecnici, comunque prontamente affrontati dal gentile titolare, nonostante fosse il lunedì di Pasquetta!

Pro: ORTIGIAdreamrooms 12 is a beautifully curated accommodation located in the heart of Ortigia, Siracusa. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the sea, local restaurants, and all major attractions. The room was exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated, reflecting the host’s great attention to detail and aesthetic sense. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless and well-equipped. The host thoughtfully prepared plenty of drinking water and delicious coffee for us, and even helped us reserve a parking spot in advance. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would highly recommend this place.

Pro: De locatie van het verblijf is midden in het historische centrum. Er was een vlotte communicatie met de host en de informatie was heel duidelijk. Het verblijf had alle faciliteiten die we verwachten.

Contro: Het verblijf heeft geen ramen, enkel toegangsdeuren met beglazing. De ruimte kan daardoor 's nachts niet geventileerd worden. Wanneer je gewend bent met open raam te slapen is dat een tegenvaller. De ruimte rook vochtig muf. Er is wel een luchtontvochtiger voorzien.

Wonderful apartment with excellent host!

Pro: Owner gave us directions on where the key would be… but was available by text for help with the coffee machine, suggestions on places to eat etc. He was very attentive to his apartment and proud of his city… that was obvious and delightful! He provided us with a lovely selection of fresh fruit in a basket. Just kind touches that made our stay special.
