Ottima soluzione per visitare Ortigia

Pro: La casa si presenta molto bene, arredata con gusto e da bellissimi colori, centralissima per visitare Ortigia a piedi. Abbiamo riposato bene, il letto è davvero comodo. La casa è spaziosa, con diversi vani ripostiglio, c’è anche una piccola lavanderia.

Contro: Tuttavia ritengo sia necessario evidenziare alcune note negative che andrebbero migliorate. In primis, l’accesso all’appartamento avviene con modalità self check-in, quindi totalmente impersonale (girando per la città mi è parso di capire che sembra la norma) ma noi avremmo gradito una maggiore accoglienza e cura da parte dell’host. La pulizia dev’essere implementata, soprattutto nel bagno, non c’era un odore così gradevole e in cucina, le pentole non erano così pulite. Occhio alla manutenzione: il soffione della doccia stava per staccarsi, la presa della macchinetta del caffè faceva contatto, bisognava essere in due per fare il caffè. Inoltre, se volete rendere l’appartamento per tre persone dovete necessariamente mettere gli scuri alle finestre, perché svegliarsi alle sei del mattino in vacanza è un po’ fastidioso.

Siracusa bellissima, erano anni che non ci tornavo ed è molto migliorata.

Pro: La casa è bellissima, accogliente, molto ben arredata, spaziosa e pulita. La posizione è eccellente, in centro ma non rumorosa.

Contro: Da migliorare il materasso, un po' infossato, e i cuscini. Nei giorni in cui siamo stati faceva freddo, quindi con i condizionatori siamo riusciti a scaldarci, ma il bagno era freddo e non c'era un caldobagno. Anche l'acqua non era molto calda.

Pro: La struttura si trova in un antico palazzo nel pieno centro di Ortigia, a pochi minuti a piedi da tutte le principali attrazioni. Perfettamente arredato, dotato di tutti i confort, pulito ed accogliente, come sentirsi a casa. Seppur in assenza di un host, avendo eseguito check in e check out in autonomia, il personale si è reso completamente disponibile, rispondendo con tempestività a tutte le domande poste loro. Inoltre, proprio di fronte all’appartamento, è presente un garage sorvegliato, dove poter lasciare il proprio mezzo (il sig. Sebastiano è stato davvero gentile, permettendoci di lasciare il nostro mezzo nonostante non avessimo una prenotazione).

Great experience

Pro: Casa Ramal was our home in Ortigia for 5 days. It is a full equipped apartment and had everything we needed. Location wise is close to everything, we ate our breakfast at Irma Dolce in the square and just 5 min from the apt we found a spot to swim. 100% recommend it

Contro: Maybe some more olive oil snd salt& pepper for our food.

Pro: The most spacious and beautiful accomodation. Absolutely brilliant location straight off the East side of the island. A short 5 min walk to every thing you could need. Thank you, we loved Ortigia and already dreaming of our return.

Contro: A bit of a sag in the bed meant my partner & I rolled into the middle a little.

Spacious and comfortable!

Pro: Spacious and comfortable. Felt like home Everything was provided we would need. Wee outdoor space, light and airy. Great location. Loads of storage too. Staff let us leave our cases when we arrived early, very kind.

Contro: The shower is a little tired and could be upgraded but all worked. Being a bit old fashioned, a wee book of info would be good!

Unbeatable Ortigia Apartment

Pro: This apartment exceeded all of my expectations!! It was the perfect base for my 6 nights in Ortigia (I wish i could have stayed longer). The location is fantastic, right in the centre of the island. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions I had prior to, and during, my trip. When you enter the apartment, you will be shocked at the size - the photos don't do it justice. I loved having a separate living, dining and kitchen area, which made working from the space far more comfortable. Although I chose to eat out for most meals, the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and crockery. Everything was clean and modern and smelt amazing (an often overlooked touch that made a difference every time I walked back into the apartment). The air-conditioning also worked well. I will rebook this apartment in a heartbeat if I get the chance to return to Ortigia!

Pro: Super apartment, Have everything you might need during your stay. The location is close to everything - it is directly in the very center of the city. The host was super helpful and assisted me in everything. I had problems with local parking guidelines, but he directed me in every aspect. super recommended.

Perfect apartment for your stay at Ortigia

Pro: The apartment is perfectly located. It’s in the center of Ortigia but in a small street which is very quiet. The place is spacious and bright. Internet works very well for those who plan to work. The communication with the Host was very easy and convenient.
