Pro: La casa è davvero bella e ristrutturata con cura. Le stanze sono ben arredate, comode e molto accoglienti. Un plus è la dispensa, che era piena di cibo e bevande, un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato molto. La posizione è perfetta: nel cuore di Ortigia, ma in una zona silenziosa e riservata, ideale per rilassarsi.

Pro: Appartamento molto bello, centralissimo, moderno, di design, pulito, completo di tutto. Il proprietario gentilissimo, ci ha fatto trovare tutto (acqua, pasta, frutta, vino). Assolutamento consigliato!

Wonderful location and great facilities

Pro: It was a fantastic place to stay: an ideal location and spotless, with very comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Communication with the host was great. The parking system was efficient. The host sorted us out an extra key immediately we asked. It was very easy to get to anything you might need: market, beach, bars and restaurants, cathedral, even Syracuse and the amphitheatre.

Contro: It was great, but there were a few tiny niggles. The terrace is the only outdoor space but importantly it is only accessible *through* one bedroom. The parasol is unwieldy and possibly needs replacing with a pergola, plus the dead plants on terrace could be replaced or revived In the bedroom with the mezzanine, the air conditioning didn’t reach the mezzanine level. The bin situation was a bit confusing.

Pro: The best most considerate host one could wish for! Clean, spacious, well equipped modern apartment in great location. Ideal for a short break with friends or family.

Contro: It could be quite noisy if people are partying outside. Nothing that can’t be solved with good earplugs.

Pro: Great location, very spacious and clean apartment. Plenty of rooms and beds. Air con was strong and reasonably quiet. Bonus that there is a washer/dryer available

Pro: One of the best accommodations on our travels. Three giant rooms, very modern and clean and in a wonderful location. It has all the facilities that you need, aircon in every room (necessary for summer) and ensuite in each room. It has a private terrace upstairs as well.

Pro: Amazing location and the host was extremely helpful. We had a great time, this is a great apartment for a large family or group

Pro: It was in a great location, well appointed, the pantry well stocked for use, drinks and food in the fridge very appreciated. We enjoyed our stay very much.
