La casa di Artemide*****

Pro: Il soggiorno è da raccomandare nel modo piú assoluto, alla luce soprattutto della presenza di un bambino piccolo; il Signor Massimo è stato un ospite incredibile ed incredibilmente gentile e presente: dalla cura della casa fino ai piccoli dettagli che hanno rappresentato una coccola inaspettata. Oltre questo, la presenza di suppellettili dedicate al bambino (vaschetta, seggiolino, culletta, finanche piatti e posate...) hanno davvero reso la nostra vacanza al top del comfort. L'angolo affacciato sul mare poi...il resto parla da se! Torneremo sicuramente!

Pro: The apartment was in a fantastic location—everything in Ortigia was within easy walking distance. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with cozy beds and efficient air conditioning that made our stay very pleasant. The host was truly outstanding. He welcomed us personally, shared great recommendations for local attractions, and even prepared a thoughtful greeting for us. The fridge was generously stocked with bottled water, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place with genuine hospitality!

Pro: Lovely location, very friendly host, and a spacious apartment with a beautiful view. The only downside was the noise, as it's located on a trendy street, which made it tricky to sleep without earplugs. The beds could be more comfortable too — I was sleeping on a single bed, and it wasn't that great, perhaps intended more for kids.

Wir haben uns in Ortigia sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pro: Das Appartement ist in guter Lage in Ortigia. Sogar das Meer war zu sehen, was uns sehr gur gefallen hat. Unser Gastgeber hat uns mit einem Geschenk (frische Früchte, Spaghetti und eine Flasche Wein) sehr herzlich begrüsst. Vielen Dank nochmals Massimo!! Wer diese kleine Halbinsel von Siracuse kennenlernen möchte, ist bei Massimo an der Via Roma sehr gut aufgehoben.

Contro: Es gibt nachts relativ viel Lärm von der Stadtreinigung, wie Glas- und Abfallbehälter leeren und Strassen wischen. Aber darum ist Ortigia auch sehr sauber!

Pro: Sehr netter Gastgeber, gute Kommunikation. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Obst , Wein , Wasser 😀 Für den ersten Hunger lagen Lebensmittel zum kochen bereit . Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr Wohlgefühlt . Allerdings entsprechen die Fotos auf der Seite nicht ganz der Realität. Die Parkplatzsituation rund um das Appartement ist sehr schwierig, öffentliche Parkplätze sind weit weg und sehr teuer. Auch anzumerken ist, dass man zwischen 4 und 6 Uhr vom Müllwagen geweckt wird .

Pro: Everything was perfect. The town, the location, Massimo, the little touches like fresh fruit made our visit extremely pleasant.

Pro: The location was excellent for views and walk ability. He provides lots of sparkling and still water, fresh citrus fruit, coffee and some snacks. Also robes which we needed.

Contro: It was very cold in the apartment. Granted we were there during winter but it’s all stone floors which were ice cold. The main bathroom had no heating so it wasn’t comfortable going in there to shower or anything else. There really isn’t a living room other than a couch by the front door. Only the bedroom with the three twin beds has a view of the sea which makes it a bit hard to enjoy fully. We were there during bad weather so we hung out in the apartment more than usual and it wasn’t great for that and it was only the three of us.

Pro: Yes, you can actually see the sea from the apartment. It's deceptively spacious and well equipped for your stay. All the luxuries of a boutique hotel, with the added independence of self-catering. Loved the gifts of wine, fresh oranges, and tomatoes left by the host. I so hope to return.
