Pro: We had a fantastic short stay in Siracusa/Ortigia. The apartment is very well structured on two floors with ample space for a family of 4. Situated on the southern end of Ortigia with many lovely places in good walking distance. everything is in good shape and the super helpful host family was lovely and also supported us very warmheartedly when we had a (unrelated) problem and asked for help. Was an absolute delight and can warmly recommend.

Pro: Alessandro was so welcoming. He communicated well before we arrived and then gave us a tour of the neighbourhood including great restaurant recommendations. The apartment was of a very high standard with a lovely terrace with a sea view.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay in a Ortigeo

Pro: The property is very comfortable and has great views from the large terrace. Alessandro is a great host and gave us a short tour so we knew where things were or what to see. He also gave us some great restaurant suggestions. He kept in touch and was always available if we had any questions.

Pro: Fantastic location, huge rooms, very comfortable, amazing roof terrace. And Alessandro was the perfect host

Contro: No coffee machine and some of the fittings are getting a little tired

The perfect apartment for a perfect stay on Ortigia

Pro: Everything. The apartment was beyond our expectations, We are a couple but can easily see 6 people sharing this apartment. The upstairs living room has a gorgeous view with a wall of glass and is very comfortable. There is also a kitchen and bath on this level. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms separated by another kitchen and bathroom so privacy is great. The apartment is clean and modern. The location is fabulous, mere steps from a grocery store, with very good restaurants basically on the same block, The owner is very accommodating. The price may be a bit more than other properties but we felt that it was well worth it.

Pro: Very spacious and comfortable. Lovely rooftop area overlooking the sea. Two good sized bedrooms and bathrooms.

Contro: If not able bodied then lots of stairs but this was certainly not a problem for us

Pro: Location was perfect. Very spacious and having three bathrooms was very helpful.

Contro: The outdoor chairs on the balcony could have been higher to take advantage of the magnificent view!

Pro: A beautiful spacious apartment with lovely views and close to all the lovely cafes, restaurant and a lovely little beach. (take your reef shoes ☺️) Alessandro was fantastic with very helpful information, he was overseas on business but responded so promptly to all our questions. So very sorry we didn’t meet him!! Loved our time on this beautiful historic island of Ortigia.

the perfect Ortigia stay!

Pro: so much to love. Location was so perfect- 2 mins walk to the beach, restaurants on your doorstep, 5mins walk to Duomo and ‘centre’ of town. Apartment was huge (we had 6of us) and so beautifully done, couldn’t have needed anything more. And Alessandro was the perfect host, so lovely, so knowledgeable, so house proud. we had the loveliest stay and definitely hope to return one day!

Contro: nothing to dislike

Pro: it was tastefully furnished but fully functional. Close proximity to everything Ortigia has to offer.
