Pro: La posizione è ottima per visitare Ortigia, a due passi da ristoranti e gelaterie che il gentilissimo padrone di casa vi consiglierà, ma la posizione è ottima anche per visitare i dintorni di Siracusa. L’appartamento è pulitissimo, carino e fornito di tutti gli accessori necessari a trascorrere una bella vacanza.

I can absolutely recommend it.

Pro: The apartment was beautiful, large, clean. Absolutely perfectly equipped. Including kitchen equipment. We were there in December and appreciated the functional heating. 4 balconies. Perfect location of the house. A short walk to the historic center. The owner is great and attentive. Communication with him is excellent. I can absolutely recommend it.

Ortigia Fab Apartment is Fabulous!

Pro: This is a lovely bright modern apartment in a superb location about two blocks from Ortigia Island and within walking distance of the Siracusa Archaeological Park. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host, Fabio, was extremely helpful both before and during our stay, providing good advice and assistance with our transportation arrangements to and from Siracusa. We highly recommend Ortigia Fab Apartment. Thank you again Fabio!

Fantastic stay and location to discover Siracusa

Pro: Great location and clean apartment with plenty of space for 2-4. Fabio the host was amazing, providing more support than expected helping with bookings, advice and local guidance throughout…like a concierge service. Kitchen super well equipped with everything you need!

Contro: Minor criticisms only was the bathroom and shower were a little small but functioned well. We were concerned about bed comfort but the host provided a mattresses topper. We did stay in one night and sofa not so comfortable but it was a great apartment and great host!

Super Apartment

Pro: We were two couples and found the apartment just great for us all. It is brilliantly licated; very well appointed and clean. Supermarket is 200m away and bridges into Ortigia and all it has to offer are only 50m around the corner. Communication with Fabio was excellent- he provided a number of recommendations which we tried and found excellent.

Contro: Nothing not to like. Be aware if you have a vehicle parking is not the easiest. We found parking over in Ortigia at the Marina car park the best. A 3 min walk and very reasonable cost.

Outstanding on the edge of Ortigia

Pro: Excellent communication from the owner throughout. The entranceway looks a little shabby, but don’t be put off. The apartment is beautifully refurbished and very well equipped. The location is perfect, just on the edge of the waterway that connects Syracuse with Ortigia. There is no on-site parking, but we found it easy to get free parking on the street within 50 m or so of the apartment. I would definitely be happy to stay there again if I was coming back to the area.

Great apprtment on ideal location for family trip to Sicily

Pro: The property is on ideal location close to Ortiga, but really calm area. With its 2 confortable rooms and living area it was ideal for our family. Communication with Fabio and its possitive and problem solving attitude are additional benefit of this great property. We enjoyed 2 weeks in the appartment and there is nothing negative to say. Heating, air conditioning, well equiped, confortable bads, everything really was great. We followed Fabios instructions regarding parking and we didnt have any problem finding free parking. Siracusa and overall east Sicily are great for family vacation in the part of year, we had great weather… loved our trip and thisappartment was important part of it, since we spent a lot of time inside due to daily sleeping of our younger douther.

Great location, can walk to everywhere within 15 mins

Pro: very comfortable beds, Clean, well equipped apartment. Loved each room had balcony doors. Excellent communication from Fabio. One block from bridge to Ortigia. Note there are 25 steps to apartment

Contro: only small negative was uncomfortable sofa

Great option in Ortigia

Pro: Really nicely decorated apartment right next to the entrance for Ortigia. Has free parking spots in the streets close by. The host was welcoming and provided a lot of information and recommendations.
