Pro: Struttura super accogliente, molto curata nei dettagli. Cucina e soggiorno dotati di qualsiasi elettrodomestico e confort. Le stanze super attrezzate con bagni privati, puliti e nuovi. Ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa. Per non parlare della posizione super strategica, centrale e molto tranquilla.

Pro: Abbiamo prenotato l'appartamento per 3 notti.. 2 coppie Enrico e Sebastiano sono stati disponibili sin da subito Abbiamo trovato un appartamento pulito e dotato di tutti comfort.. anche l asciugatrice utilissima per chi resta per pochi giorni Posizione centrale , la macchina la parcheggi e la riprendi direttamente al termine della vacanza..se non per girare nei dintorni e visitare altri posti. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri😊

A perfect cozy apartment in the hearth of Ortigia. Must try

Pro: The apartment had all the possible kitchen tools and appliance, the position in the hearth of Ortigia was amazing and it was also very quiet during the night. The host representative were always available and the only issue I had they come instantly and fixed it.

Contro: I think there was nothing bad of this apartment. The only thing I can consider not perfect was the amount of ornaments which was too much for me, but I wouldn't consider it an issue

Pro: Perfect location to walk around the whole island. Nice, quiet street. Perfectly equipped apartment, lots of kitchen utensils, each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is convenient. There is a balcony, but you can't see anything special from it. Excellent apartment manager, met us, explained everything.

Contro: It would be great to have a view from the windows or balcony, but in this case it doesn't reduce the quality.

Pro: The property is in an excellent location, close to the waterfront for delightful sunsets and also close to one of the main alleys on which many of the restaurants, bars and shops are located. The flat is comfortable and well equipped. The shower works fine and there is plenty of hot water, Enrico had advised us on car parking, he met us on arrival and showed us around the flat facilities. He also pointed out the nearby supermarket and restaurant recommendations, also the location of the fresh food market.

Contro: The air conditioning was a bit fiddly to use; it was sometimes hard to tell if it was on or off. No real complaints though.

Pro: Excellent apartment with cooking and washing facilities. Location was close to centre of Ortigia well placed for local shopping and restaurant's . Recycling straight forward and simple. Quiet and pleasant despite being close to all attractions'.We would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here for a week or longer.

Contro: Nothing springs to mind.

A wonderful stay in an extraordinary historical place with soul

Pro: A fantastically located apartment in the heart of Ortygia, yet located on a side street. It boasts excellent soundproofing. Beautifully and stylishly furnished, with exceptional quality furnishings and accessories. Attention to every detail. Everything you need for a week-long stay for four people. The host is incredibly friendly and easy to deal with. I recommend this place to anyone who appreciates a wonderful location, beauty, quality, space, and atmosphere.

Pro: We were leaving in this apartment from 13-18 July. Everything was great! Beds and a sofa were very comfortable and we slept well. Also we were surprised that here are so many kitchen facilities, beginning from the forks and knifes and ending with ladle and peeler! But, unfortunately, we had no spoons at all. We had many bathroom facilities like shampoo and different cleaning chemistry. Also here is a good air conditioning system and coolness remains for a long time. It was a pleasure to come after a long walk to the cool apartment. This apartment located 3 minutes walk from the promenade and 7 from the market. Near are many restaurants and bars. The bar opposite provides a discount to residents of this apartment.

Pro: Great location and the property has everything you need.

Pro: The apartment is situated in the heart of the historic city of Siracusa. In the kitchen there is everything you may need to prepare some food. The cleanness is flawless. The bathrooms are comfortable and clean. The place is cozy and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.
