Pro: Appartamento fornito di ogni comfort.(La lavatrice è stata un salvavita!) Ottima la posizione, proprio nel cuore pulsante di Ortigia. Molto dettagliato e quindi semplice le modalità di check in e check out. Tutto nuovo, bella biancheria, pulizia top.

Contro: Le scale della palazzina non sono molto curate e c'è cattivo odore. Magari gestire gli spazi condominiali renderebbe tutto ottimo.

Pro: Great location, great AC. Basic, but you have everything you need, plenty of space for one or two people. The building is old and residential, but the apartment is totally refurbished. The street below is bright and busy, some may be annoyed by the noise, but I actually enjoyed the liveliness of it, which didn't last very late into the night. I appreciated the drinking water and juice in the fridge, thank you!

Contro: Two floors up and no lift, may be challenging/annoying to those with large suitcases. The floors in the apartment could have done with a wash.

Pro: Beautiful decorated place with all necessary that you need, the bed is really comfortable. Very nice and well equipped shower room. Every detail is carefully considered.The location is ideal for exploring the city and all famous attractions around. Even the beaches are very close, it was very easy to enjoy the see view and the sun. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a charming and relaxed getaway.

The perfect place to enjoy the amazing food and culture of Ortigia & Syracuse!

Pro: The apartment is situated in a charming street right in the heart of Ortigia, with lovely bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. We had delicious pastries and truly the best ice-cream we had ever tasted, just around the corner. The central location made it a perfect spot to stop and recharge between daytime tours, swimming and evening explorations - a little oasis of calm! The interior & bathroom had clearly just been recently refurbished and is equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and a washing machine. The balcony was a cute spot to drink in the vibes of the town and the whole flat benefits from lots of natural light. An absolutely lovely experience - I would highly recommend it!

Pro: The apartment is located in a cute little street at a heartbeat from all beautiful spots and restaurants, still silent and bright, clearly newly refurbished with all modern comforts. Fantastic stay!
