Vivere Ortigia!

Pro: Posizione stupenda per vivere il cuore di Ortigia. Appartamento curato in ogni dettaglio e molto pulito.

Contro: Nulla!

Pro: Camera nuova e molto pulita, host molto disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Pro: Amazing location right in the centre of the isola of ortigia. Many lovely restaurants within walking distance and the host was very quick to respond to communications. What a lovely little place.

Contro: Parking is in a public car park and is around 20 euros per day. So make sure you price that into the booking if you are driving!

Wonderful

Pro: This place was exceptional and I am very happy that I got to stay there and wish I had stayed longer. It was perfect as a solo female traveller, in a lovely street about 10 meters from busier streets. I felt completely safe. The host Cristina was very easy to communicate with on WhatsApp. My favourite part of the place was the gorgeous terrace that overlooked the port and it was beautiful spending time sitting there. It also felt private. The entire apartment is light, airy, very clean and very contemporary. It was a pleasure to be in. Whilst I didn’t cook, there were plenty of pots and pans. WiFi was great and it was peaceful to stay in. I just can’t recommend this apartment enough - especially for solo travellers who want a safe haven to rest in :)

Contro: Nothing bad to say! If you have mobility issues, then note that there are about two flights of steps - I found them completely fine to navigate with a suitcase and I have average fitness.

Great roof terrace

Pro: Rooftop terrace and great location, close to everything and walking distance to train station. It was clean, modern and generally well equipped.

Contro: Only suggestion would be for the provision of a microwave.

A gorgeous apartment!

Pro: The apartment was in a superb location , just up from the harbour area in Ortigia. It was very peaceful, especially considering its centrality. The style was modern and spacious, with a fabulous bedroom and bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and storage was excellent. We particularly loved the shower. The kitchen was well equipped for our stay. The highlight was the fabulous terrace with space to eat and also sit in the sun. Great views as well. We would love to return next time we visit Ortigia

Contro: Nothing really! Just one observation - it would be great to include a Welcome book or Visitors book with instructions for some things, such as how to operate the cooker, where to empty the bins, how to control the Aircon. We had to keep messaging the host! They were very prompt and helpful, but a list of instructions would make life easier!

Stylish and comfortable stay in the best location 🫶🏻

Pro: Wonderfully stylish, clean, and comfortable. The pressure in the shower was excellent, everything worked well. Privacy in the terrace - priceless. The host extremely helpful and caring. Stunned by the kindness and generosity of the Sicilian people. The food is incredible. The property is right in the middle of where you want to be. Ortigia is just gorgeous ❤️ Sicily is definitely the best of Italy 🇮🇹
