Pro: The communication with staff was excellent. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the location superb.

Contro: We liked everything but would have appreciated a kettle and a microwave for heating food.

Beautiful apartment in ortegia

Pro: Live the location, the flooring, , kitchen, there was a rapid cycle washing machine, high beginnings and large rooms.... but most importantly Emanuela was fantastic.... competent and friendly

Contro: The room layout means the couple staying in the second bedroom have to walk through the first bedroom to go to the toilet, kitchen or outside. We had no water at all on Friday night. The toilet seat is loose and the maintenance guy didn't fix it, he just did what I had already done... tighten a bolt that didn't clamp.

Pro: It was great accommodation, clean, comfortable, huge room, soft towels and linens! Apartment is in the middle of island, has everything you need! Manager of apartment was really helpful, we need extra keys tonight, because our son was in the apartment and fall asleep 🙈. She went to us and opened!

Perfect apartment in fabulous Ortigia

Pro: Perfect apartment, very comfortable and very clean with wonderful facilities and a fabulous balcony. Very close and within walking distance to all the sites of Ortigia and Syracuse. Staff members Emanuela and Lia could not have been more helpful and supportive, lots of communication and exemplary customer service, I highly recommend this beautiful apartment and will be visiting again.

Pro: Centre of Ortigia. It was such a beautiful location. The photos are not a true representation of this property. This place is picture perfect! It was so beautiful.

A pleasant stay, in a good location.

Pro: Very helpful staff. Provided lots of helpful information, including things like how to get the bus from the airport, days out recommendations and local restaurants. They also provided a cot for our 1 year old. The terrace was lovely to sit on of an evening.

Contro: The bedrooms are adjoined, which wasn't ideal! The apartment was clean, but there was dust and hair under the bed and chairs (which we found when retrieving children's toys that made their way there!) and the bathroom could have been cleaner. It was also quite noisy at night.

Very helpful staff booked a restaurant for us, the apartment is huge and very well located.
