Appartamento eccezionale ubicato nel cuore di Ortigia
Pro: Struttura eccezionale, grande, spaziosa, elegante, estremamente pulita e attenzione ai più piccoli dettagli. È dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno all'insegna del relax.
Contro: Per mera pignoleria, l'unico neo della nostra esperienza, non collegato alla casa, è stata la situazione parcheggi. Imbarazzante una media di un'ora/un'ora e mezza per trovare parcheggio quotidianamente. Bisognerebbe munirsi di qualche pass residenziale speciale, qualora fosse previsto dal comune, per agevolare il parcheggio dell'auto.

Nel cuore dell'Ortigia
Pro: Ottima posizione, comoda x raggiungere facilmente tutti i punti più interessanti della città. Struttura estremamente curata, un piccolo gioiello intriso di storia.
Contro: Poco areato, quindi umido, e poca acqua dalla doccia.

A very unique apartment in a wonderful location in Ortigia.
Pro: The apartment is in an historic building in the centre of Ortigia and within easy walking distance to everything. It’s in a perfect location, and has been renovated lovingly with lots of attention to detail. The architectural accents are wonderful; thick rough stone walls, accented tiles and other ancient artefacts. Spacious, safe and very secure, the apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the outdoor patio is lovely. Having two bathrooms was great (although because there are no windows, they were a bit dark). The host, Ettore, was lovely; very helpful and responsive to our inquiries. He met us at the apartment to help with baggage, hand over keys and explain how things worked. We had a great stay.
Contro: There is not much ventilation so there is a slight damp and mustiness due to its location at the bottom of the building. We had to dry bathroom towels outside.

Pro: Fantastic home away from home. What really stands out are the resources and kitchen utensils of high quality, unlike too many AirBnb's with insufficient and cheap or broken kitchen utensils. The house is very thoughtfully decorated...beautiful interior design. Owner is lovely and provides an excellent greeting and induction for guests. Very helpful.
Contro: Nothing. We will return. Perhaps a TV in the main bedroom would be great.

Pro: Beautiful apartment, immaculately decorated. Lots of lovely finishing touches with real character. From the spotlit niches to the 3000 year old Greek floor surface, this place is wonderful. Ettore, our host, was so good and helpful. At one point we had a minor problem,he immediately drove for an hour to sort it out! The location couldn't be more central in Ortigia. All in all we can't recommend it enough!!

Great apartment in perfect location.
Pro: Historic building in center of Ortigia within easy walking distance of everything. The flat was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The owner was extremely helpful and very pleasant.
Contro: The only thing of note was the slight mustiness due to its location at the bottom of the building so didn’t get direct sunlight when we were there.

A character property in great location.
Pro: location & character - lots of nice touches like the supply of water, wine, oil & coffee
Contro: only fault - we didn’t like the plastic mattress protectors which made sleeping hot and bed a little uncomfortable
