Talia Ortigia Apartment

Pro: Posizione eccellente, spazi perfetti, letto comodo, non fatevi ingannare dall'ingresso un po fatiscente, la casa è tenuta benissimo, pulita e perfetta per noi che eravamo in 2. Gianluca poi è davvero gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissima!

Contro: Purtroppo la carta igienica non può essere gettata nel water ma è un problema che riguarda quasi tutta Ortigia

Pro: appartamento in posizione centralissima! vicino al parcheggio comunale (20€/g) a 2 minuti dal porto turistico di Ortigia.

Pro: Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro. Il proprietario disponibile e gentilissimo ci ha accolti e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare ad Ortigia e dintorni.

Excellent apartment and location in the heart of Ortigia

Pro: Good size, and very comfortable yet cosy apartment a few minutes walk from the heart of Ortigia. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and cooking basics. The host very kindly left us a bottle of wine, comprehensive instructions and helped with parking recommendations.

Contro: The host did originally try to get us to pay extra for having the sofa bed made up which wasn’t advertised before booking but did waive this fee when this was pointed out. The hot water tank isn’t huge so we did have to space out showers.

Great apartament for two.

Pro: Location, amenities, fully stacked kitchen and all the needed appliances and supplies. Great app for two!

Comfortable staying in Ortigia centro

Pro: Perfect location, few steps from the duomo, apartment well equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Bed is comfortable ( slightly soft for our taste). Shower good (door could be repaired). Easy check-in and good communication from owner. Kitchen well equipped even for longer stay. Air conditioners, also useful for a bit of heating in January evenings.

Contro: The entrance hall and staircase to reach the apartment. Apartment is a bit dark at least during winter season, it may be an advantage during summer.

The perfect apartment for a short stay in Ortigia.

Pro: Great location with easy access to transport (taxi dropped us right at the appartments) and all activities; even walking! Quiet area on a busy island. Very well presented and appointed apartment; spacious and comfortable. Good information provided by owner who has considered the guests every need.

Contro: Nothing except we would have liked to stay longer!!

Contro: Steps 😂 thought I'd ranged on elevator being available to upper levels when I chose booking but must have missed this one 😀 hard work with heavy luggage for aged

Pro: Our host was absolutely amazing and very responsive. He even assisted with our parking as we couldnt get the app working and was there is assist at every turn.
