Location perfetta nel cuore di Ortigia

Pro: Posizione in centro storico, perfetta. L'appartamento è proprio come appare in foto. Dislocazione degli ambienti molto funzionale, garantisce la privacy di tutti gli ospiti. Host disponibilissimo. Pulizia perfetta degli ambienti.

Great apartment, great location but the entrance and stair access need improvement

Pro: The property is in a fantastic location. It is clean and well furnished. We had a fabulous stay.

Contro: The entrance to the property is a definite work in progress! The stairs to the apartment are steep and we could only light them from the entrance not when leaving. That may have been our inability to locate the light but made them quite dangerous.

A lovely apartment in a great part of the town.

Pro: The location was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and well serviced.

Contro: The entrance was a building site. We had to navigate stairs that were in a state of disrepair to reach the front door. We had to vacate the apartment for one day because the water pipes had broken and needed repairing.

A marvellous location and apartment.

Pro: The location was just brilliant. Right in the heart of the old town with tons of shops and restaurants all around. The apartment was beautifully decorated, well-appointed and very spacious. Plus, a wonderful balcony to relax on. It was truly fabulous.

Contro: The walk up the stairs to the apartment was not great. I think it was still under construction so a little messy.

Pro: The apartment was very central, comfortable and well appointed. The owner met us shortly after arrival to hand over the keys and explained everything. Would definitely recommend Ortigia's Queen apartments for its central location, and the numerous restaurants close by

Contro: The apartment block is being renovated which made access a little difficult re stairs, and opening and closing the flat door. I would have appreciated being notified about this A suggestion is for some restaurant recommendations to be available in the apartment

Pro: Lovely apartment in an excellent location in the heart of Ortigia. Furnished to a high standard. Owner is very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay, great value on Ortigia - perfect for two couples

Pro: Beautiful, clean, and comfortable apartment in a great location on a quiet street. Two good-sized bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, and another full bathroom down the hall. Great communication from host. Pictures were accurate. TV was even signed into Netflix 😀.

Contro: Overall, it was an excellent stay. Would suggest providing soap dispensers for all sinks and showers and a dish towel. As a caveat, it is a long flight of steps up to the apartment that could be difficult to navigate for some, especially carrying luggage. And you need to turn a key to activate the staircase light going up, but the keyhole is a little tricky to find in the dark - would be better if operated by a switch as it is upstairs, but that is most likely the choice of the building owner and not the host.
