Delizioso appartamento a ridosso del mare del Plemmirio Siracusa

Pro: Siamo stati purtroppo soltanto 4 giorni in quest'oasi di pace a due passi dal mare. La casa è piccolina ma essenziale, completa di tutto quello che serve per rilassarsi. Speriamo di ritornare!

Consigliato e da ritornarci

Pro: Posto molto bello,tranquillo..per chi cerca relax allo stato puro!!la villa ha un bel giardino con tanto spazio..ottimo il portico con le sdraio ed il tavolo per poter fare pranzo e cena all'aperto. Ho chiesto di poter arrivare in anticipo rispetto all'orario del check in per motivi personali e non c'è stato alcun problema..ho subito ricevuto risposta positiva!! Il proprietario,cordiale e gentile si mette a completa disposizione per qualsiasi eventualità!

Contro: Appartamento un pò piccolo ma completo di tutti i comfort..azzeccato per viaggi singoli o di coppia! Un altra cosa che mi è dispiaciuta ma poco rilevante è il fatto di non aver potuto mettere la macchina in cortile privato..la zona è tranquilla,ma essendo la via non stretta ma giusta per il passaggio di 2 macchina contemporaneamente..il pensiero di poterla trovare magari graffiata c'era..specialmente per le macchine prese a noleggio e si sa che poi son grane..

Location, location, location with a most hospitable host

Pro: The location is delightful. It is very quiet, the garden has fruit and olive trees and a variety of cacti, the view is through mature pine trees to the protected status bay, access to various points on the bay is within easy walking (with a swim optional), surrounding villas are all uniquely designed, the local roads lead to a lighthouse walk and other bays and restaurants, there is a small supermarket and pizza takeaway less than 1km away… and of course Syracuse and its historic island are easily reached by bus, bike or road. This place is all about the outside but inside is very comfortable and clean, with a small kitchen area, big bed and fresh bathroom. The owner is very hospitable and helpful, both with local knowledge and domestic matters! Super place.

The perfect place for a holiday near the sea!

Pro: The owners welcomed us to the apartment. They offered lots of tips and suggestions for excursions, restaurants, etc. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and the garden is very well kept, with a comfortable terrace where you can have your meals and relax. The sea of Plemmirio is magnificent!

Contro: The apartment is small. For us, it was not a problem since the weather was gorgeous and we could spend our days outdoors, but it is to be considered should the weather conditions not allow the guests to be outside.

Contro: Le manque de place. C’est une chambre avec kitchenette et sdb privative.
