Salemarino apartment

Pro: Il proprietario, il sig. Salvo, è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa. La villa accanto al mare assicura tranquillità e una vista mozzafiato. La vacanza è stata spettacolare.

It was an outstanding journey. The owner was infinite availability to solve every problem.

Contro: Nulla. Bambini entusiasti di tutto. La posizione, le attrezzature fornite dal padrone di casa, come ad esempio il pingpong o la passarella di accesso al mare, o la televisione, il parcheggio interno privato per l'auto, e potrei continuare ore, difficilmente superabili.

Excellent location.

Pro: This place is in a tremendous location, in a quiet residential area on a beach. You can just stare at the sea. The ‘sun deck’ is great. The property is in a lovely large private garden with an electric gate. There is an outdoor BBQ space and seating. There was good kitchen equipment.

Contro: I rented the upstairs flat and it could have been a bit bigger but as there was only 2 of us it was fine. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like except there is a lack of restaurants close by, found a great one in a local town about 10 minutes away.

Lovely apartment with kind owner

Pro: The apartment is in an amazing location right by the sea, and is set in a large well kept garden with table tennis, extra seating, and covered BBQ area. There is a small wooden jetty that you can access through the side gate, and so snorkeling is very easy and there are many beautiful fish. We were a family of four with two teenagers and we found the apartment very comfortable and clean, with great air con. It was a pleasure to meet Salvo the owner, who is very helpful and kind, and maintains the property to a high standard. This was a very relaxing and quiet location, but also well placed for sightseeing e.g. Syracuse, Noto. Lastly, we loved Socks the cat :)

Contro: We liked everything!

Private sea and other attractions

Pro: The private sea access where you could snorkel around colourful fish! Spacious apartment with all the appliances you would need. Good AC in every room. Ping pong table and a volleyball court. Helpful nice owners. Grill space. Privacy even if the other apartment has guests. Quiet neighborhood.

Pro: Pěkné a klidné místo přímo u moře. Dobře vybavený dům a prostory kolem domu. Moře je vhodné spíše pro lidi, kteří rádi zkoumají mořskou faunu.

Contro: V okolí není blízko restaurace ani větší prodejna potravin.

Pro: Die Lager direkt am Meer mit der tollen Terrasse. Sehr Nette Vermieter

Contro: Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen aber völlig ausreichend.

Pro: Le calme, la vue exceptionnelle. un Havre de paix. les propriétaires tres gentils et prevenants.

Contro: c'est mieux si on a un véhicule, ce qui n'était pas notre cas. car il y a très peu de transports en commun pour rejoindre syracuse.

Pro: Comme nous revenons pour la 2 ème année consécutive, cela signifie que nous sommes satisfaits à 100%. Merci encore à Salvo et à sa femme pour leur accueil.

Zalige rustplek

Pro: Prachtig appartement, waar echt aan alles gedacht werd. Boven was er een dakterras waar je kon zonnen, maar waar ook parasols en een afdakje schaduw boden. Het was de perfecte plek voor ontbijt, met zicht op zee. Achter het huis was er een directe toegang tot de zee, met een eigen steiger. Daarna kon je terecht in een buitendouche met warm water, zodat je niet binnen hoefde met je badpak en het zand tussen je tenen 😊. Er was een gas barbecue die we een aantal keer hebben gebruikt, een wasmachine en al het nodige kookgerief. Huiskat “socks” of “calzini” was bovendien de perfecte gastheer namens eigenaar Salvo en zijn vrouw. In ruil voor een lekker hapje kwam hij je graag gezelschap houden op het terras. En ook Salvo en zijn vrouw waren super vriendelijk en gastvrij. We voelden ons echt thuis. Aanrader!
