Villa Clara Country Retreat

Pro: Questa vacanza mi rimarrà nel cuore.. è la casa dei miei sogni.. per una settimana ho realizzato il mio sogno..se potrò ritornerò...grazie...

Pro: Great pool and BBQ areas. Plenty of space. The pool table in the entrance atrium was fun. Sergio was a great host and gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Close to Syracuse.

Contro: The sun loungers were a little uncomfortable as you couldn't adjust their angle. The furnishings were functional but a bit dated. The bathroom was huge, but the shower was a bit small!

Fantasticly Relaxing

Pro: Spacious home and very peaceful area. Ideal for couples wanting to get away from the main town, but Syracuse is only a short 20 minutes away for a bit of town fun.

Contro: It could have had more furnishings in the entry room. But the pool table is nice.

Pro: it was an excellently equipped and clean house, the pool was great. The outdoor shower and toilet was a good idea.

Fantastic holiday at the stunning Villa Clara

Pro: We enjoyed a lovely week in Solarino at Villa Clara. The property is fantastically equipped, with lots of space. The outside area is fabulous - the dining table on the terrace, more relaxed seating to the side of the house and the pool area, along with a barbecue area with sink (and outdoor toilet/shower!). Inside is just as stunning, the highlight being the entrance hall which is impressively grand and contained a pool table. The air conditioning was fantastic in the heat. We were able to turn it on in individual rooms (kitchen/bedrooms) when we were in them and it cooled the room quickly. The property rep from sudesthomes (Donatella) was very helpful.

Contro: Nothing we didn't like about the property at all. The only slight issue we had was with the door key. At one point the lock jammed when we were double locking it. The owners came out and after some time managed to extract the key, but after that we couldn't lock the front door. It wasn't really an issue though as the door isn't openable without the key once closed, the area feels pretty safe and the property is secured by a locked gate.

Pro: Las instalaciones son muy correctas, la piscina y la barbacoa, excepcional. El trato con Sergio, muy bien y servicial. Muy espacioso todo

Fantastisch

Pro: Via de app had ik contact met Sergio. Dat ging heel makkelijk. Duidelijk en snel contact. Wij waren iets eerder en moesten even wachten, maar dat was geen probleem. We kregen een welkomstpakketje om de eerste avond te kunnen koken. Een heerlijk huis met lekker veel ruimte. Fantastisch om gebruik te kunnen maken van een eigen zwembad. Regelmatig schoonmaak en handdoek wissel. Onze host Sergio was zeer behulpzaam en attent en reageerde snel. Hij had ook verschillende leuke suggesties voor restaurants en strand. Hebben we veel aan gehad.

Contro: Misschien de tip om ander buiten meubilair te plaatsen. De stoeltjes en het zitje zijn niet zo comfortabel. Wij pakten de stoelkussens van binnen.

Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Pro: Zunächst: Sehr guter Kontakt zum Gastgeber. Sergio war immer erreichbar und hat sich super gekümmert. Die Unterkunft ist super ruhig gelegen, tolle Unterkunft inkl. mehrerer hochwertiger Bäder und Schlafzimmer. Küche und Pool waren super und sehr gut ausgestattet. Selbst ein Grillplatz ist vorhanden.

Contro: Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.
