Accogliente e rilassante

Pro: Ben organizzata, bellissimo lo spazio esterno e la piscina. L’host ci ha accolti con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità. Tutto molto pulito e ben organizzato! Le stanze sono arredate davvero con stile.

Contro: Qualche problemino con qualche blatta all’esterno della struttura, un po’ fastidioso ma risolvibile con un po’ di raid

Great value for the money

Pro: Convenient location, around 25 minutes to Ortigia, 20 minutes to Fontaine Beach, 50 minutes to Catania airport. Spacious bedrooms with big beds, well furnished. Windows shades ideally block the light, AC is noiseless and works perfectly. Washing machine, drier rack and drying rope are available. Kitchen has a big refrigerator, good pot and pans, coffee machine and several percolators. This all makes this property a good place to stay for the extended period of time. We also liked a privacy. House is surrounded by gardens, but also very close to the town, COOP supermarket is 1 minute away. Swimming pool is small but pleasant addition. Cute and friendly cat lives on a property, I miss him already. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent just in case.

Contro: Property has a very good potential, but a little more attention is needed from the owners. My list below might seem long, but these are not major issues, just the suggestions for making the property ideal. Also, I would not write it, if I haven't seen reviews from 2021 where people ask for the particular improvements - new cutting board and more containers for recycling, which were not addressed since then. We bought and left a new cutting board because obviously old disgusting cutting board wasn't replaced even after complains. Property has a complex recycling requirements but not enough containers and bags - bags were provided after we asked, but it is hard to estimate how much was needed, so we had to bother owners several times. We could have bought trash bags ourselves but didn't want to spent precious vacation time in the stores. So here are couple of things to improve: 1. Provide one more recycling container outside to match of all types of recycling required, add one more container inside for the organic waste. Provide proper number of bags. 2. Provide proper amount of toilet paper. 3. Replace toilet seat in the main bathroom (!!!), it doesn't fit and moves. 5. Add some kind of insect blocker on the entrance doors (there is a visible gap between floor and door). I understand that villa is surrounded by nature, and lizards and caterpillars are part of it. I can coexist with them outside, but it is annoying that these caterpillars crawling around the house and especially annoying in the shower. I know people who would turn and run if they see them inside the house.

Excellente pause sicilienne

Pro: Logement parfait, climatisé avec piscine. La situation géographique très proche de la ville de Floridia où l'on trouve tous types de commerces. Nos hôtesses ont été parfaites en gentillesse et disponibilité (les aléas du volcan nous ayant contraints de changer nos plans de vol...).

Contro: C'est un peu loin des plages....

Location au calme idéale pour rayonner dans le sud de la Sicile

Wonderful!

Pro: The house was cute and in a great location. It was surrounded by beautiful lemon and olive trees and there was an outside cat that captured our hearts. Last but not least, the proprietor was the sweetest and went out of her way to help us.
