Pro: Tutto perfetto. Dalla villa, ai dettagli, alle attenzioni dell’host Simonetta, alla posizione. Una vera oasi di pace, dove poter aver anche tutte le comodità come nella propria casa. L’host discreta ma sempre disponibile in caso di necessità. Le foto non rendono giustizia alla dimora che è più curata e bella.

Pro: Fantastico soggiorno immerso nella natura, oasi di pace e tranquillità , a pochi km dai punti di interesse. Simonetta e Giuseppe sono stati super gentili e disponibili. Casa con tutti i comfort necessari. Pulizia eccellente! Giardino e piscina molto curati. Svegliarsi e trovare una piscina tutta per se!! Una vera chicca !!!

Super relax da rifare al più presto.

Pro: Bellissima struttura. Bellissimo il cesto di benvenuto con i prodotti tipici siciliani e gentilissima Simonetta che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo. La piscina un incanto e tutto curato nei particolari. Pulizia al top!

Pro: La zona è molto riservata e tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere le spiagge e vari servizi . La casa è molto pulita,la piscina bella e ben tenuta. Si è immersi in un bell'agrumeto e si vive a contatto con la natura .

Beautiful Countryside Getaway with Lovely Outdoor Spaces

Pro: Villa Sambucia provided the ideal setting for a peaceful and rejuvenating countryside holiday. The house itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, that made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces — the garden was beautifully landscaped, and the pool area was a fantastic place to unwind. To eat at the local nearest town is Cassibile with amazing pizzas. The host is very warm and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. Overall, Villa Sambucia exceeded our expectations.

Contro: That said, there are a couple of things to keep in mind : The entrance to the villa was somewhat difficult to find, as it wasn’t clearly signed or well lit — especially challenging if arriving at night. The nearest shops and amenities are a fair drive away, so having a car is highly recommended for convenience

Pro: Very pleasant villa with good sized pool and facilities. Great location if you want to be away from other people yet close enough with a short drive to town / city. Host was friendly when picking up and dropping off keys with helpful suggestions on local amenities.

Pro: The location,50mins from Catania airport, 20mins from the centre of Siricusa&15mins from Aranella beach is perfect. The town of Casibile is only 5mins drive&has pizzarias&shops for quick bites. The Villa itself was spotlessly clean, really well appointed and the outdoor area, with private pool&dining area was perfect for a stay with children. Set in the countryside, surrounded by lemon&orange trees, the villa is a tranquil escape. Simonetta, was available for advice&recommendations throughout our stay&was genuinely invested in our trip being as enjoyable as possible. We had a late flight the day we checked out&Simonetta offered her own outdoor shower for us to use before the airport. I couldn't recommended highly enough.

Etwas abgeschiedene und doch zentral gelegene, sehr gepflegte Villa mit grossem Pool

Pro: Wir haben den Aufenthalt in und um die etwas abgeschiedene und doch zentral gelegene, sehr gepflegte Villa Sambucia sehr genossen. Die Villa ist wie erwartet zweckmässig eingerichtet und entsprach den Bildern. Der schön gestaltete Garten mit dem grossen Pool war für uns ein echtes Highlight. Wer viele Katzen mag, kommt hier zudem voll und ganz auf seine Rechnung. Simonetta ist eine freundliche und diskrete Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp ist effizient. Unsere Anliegen hat sie rasch und pragmatisch gelöst. Simonetta gab uns auch einige gute Ausflugs-Tipps.

Contro: Ein Grillofen wäre vielleicht noch eine willkommene Ergänzung. Irritiert hat uns einzig das laute und fast andauernde Kläffen der beiden Hunde vom angrenzenden Grundstück zur Unzeit am Morgen und bis weit in die Nacht hinein.

Eine traumhafte Woche bei Simonetta

Pro: Wunderschöne Villa mit riesigem Pool und einzigartiger Privatsphäre Überkomplette Ausstattung. Hier fehlt wirklich nichts. Simonetta, die nette Gastgeberin ist sehr aufmerksam und dennoch diskret. Sie hat sich um alles gekümmert und uns sogar Gemüse aus ihrem Biogarten gebracht. Die Kommunikation via WhatsApp ist problemlos mit ihr. Die Außenanlage samt Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Wer Katzen mag, kommt auch auf seine Rechnung. Ca. 10 bis 15 min Fahrzeit nach Syrakus. In 5 min Entfernung liegt die kleine Stadt Cassibile mit Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Fischgeschäften. Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Wir kommen wieder! Grazie mille Simonetta
