Villa per vacanze Isola

Pro: La casa è in una posizione tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere le diverse spiagge. É grande, confortevole e con un bellissimo giardino che gira intorno a tutta la casa dove c'è anche una piccola piscina. Le stanze sono accoglienti e pulite di cui una col bagno in camera. Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e cordiale, sempre disponibile per dare ogni tipo di informazione e suggerimenti. Le bellissime spiagge di Siracusa fanno il resto per rendere unica la vacanza nella bella Sicilia.

Spacious villa with lovely garden in a quiet residential area

Pro: Lovely, spacious villa. Plenty space in the rooms with a beautiful all-round garden and various different seating places to catch the sun at all times of day. The host left out fresh, warm croissants every morning which were fabulous, and there was a good stock of coffee pods, milk, crackers and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Air conditioning in every room although we visited in October so didn’t really use it. Villa was a very short walk to the seafront, in a nice sheltered bay. 3 good local restaurants in easy walking distance (lots of fresh seafood dishes).

Contro: Although easily walkable to the seafront and 3 restaurants, there wasn’t much else of note to walk too, so definitely recommend having a car to get out and explore. We did also use Uber to get a taxi to Syracuse a few times and there seemed to be ample availability - cost was about €28 each way. WiFi was a bit temperamental.

Pro: We enjoyed our stay here and the hosts were really great with meeting us for the keys and showing us around. Gave lots of info on local places to eat and beeches. Really nice Croissants each breakfast. Nice quiet country location with beech a few mins walk away.

Contro: Only real issue was some of the kitchen equipment was rusty and could do with replacing and the mosquito nets which were really good quality ones did have some holes in but this didn't affect our stay really.

Pro: Clean, spacious and well decorated with modern finishings. The kitchen and house was well stocked to make the stay very comfortable and cosy. Davide was an exceptional host with great helpful local recommendations, welcome drinks and fresh croissants every morning! Very close driving distance to Ortigia for dinner in the evenings. Fantastic stay for groups.

All good, and 100% would recommend staying here.

Pro: We loved our time at Davide’s house. The views are incredible, the location is close enough to the village, but quiet and relaxing. The house has all you need to cook and enjoy the amazing outdoors. The pool is great and the beach is in 2 minutes of walking . An incredible time was had by our entire family.

Pro: Everything was perfect! Davide is the best host and the Villa is just beautiful. Garden, patio, rooms, pool, barbecue - everything was great and we had really good time here. Hopefully we will be back soon.

Pro: Davide was the perfect host, extremely helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. He was pro-active in asking us if we needed anything, and was very quick to reply when we did ask questions. The croissants for breakfast were delicious.

Contro: I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.

Pro: Świetni właściciele, duże pokoje, czysto. Świetny, zadbany ogród. Przyjemny taras z dużym stołem. Wszystko co potrzebne było na miejscu.

Pro: The host was really kind and helpful. The location us fantastic!
