Relax nella meravigliosa campagna siciliana

Pro: Casa ampia con spazi comuni adeguati alla convivenza di gruppi di amici (noi eravamo in 7 e abbiamo convissuto piacevolmente). Spazi esterni molto ben curati. Pulizia eccellente anche della piscina e dell'idromassaggio (un addetto se ne dedicava a giorni alterni). Casa arredata con gusto, ottimamente attrezzata la cucina, utile stanza lavanderia esterna. Siamo stati accolti da Peppe, operatore professionale, gentile e simpatico.

Contro: Unico dettaglio da ripensare è una porta della stanza al piano sottostante per maggior privacy. Comunque non ha creato disagi per tutta la vacanza.

Pro: Beautiful location. The property is well maintained and the surroundings are quiet. The welcome and check-in was excellent and we felt looked after all the way through. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely and living areas were spacious.

Contro: The only tough bit is the entrance to the property from the main road is tight with a couple of sharp bends for a mid sized car, not great for a larger SUV. But you want as small a car as possible in Sicily. It's also down an unmade road. Not a major problem just a bit bumpy.

Perfect for all ages.

Pro: The privacy was a big bonus with nice views from the dining areas and pool area. The bedrooms were more than adequate, and the master bedroom was perfect. It was 35 degrees the whole week of our stay and the air conditioning more than kept the villa cool. The jacuzzi was the perfect temperature for the climate its in. The pool was perfect. Everyone from my 80 year old Gran to my 9 month old baby was more than happy here. Lots of people have complained about the driveway, its a steep hill and a tight corner, any driver should be more than capable of that! it's really not a problem and you definitely don't need a 4x4 as others have suggested. (We had two estate cars) The host Giuseppe was friendly and easily reachable at all times. He will do his upmost to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. He also speaks great English.

Contro: The place was amazing, the only things I would suggest would be to put a more rigid handrail down to the jacuzzi and to cut back the vegitation on the driveway & remove the old rusty gate so it's a bit tidier but it was by no means a problem and if that's all I can fault then the place is pretty spot on.

Nice place for a family gathering

Pro: Villa Domus is an excellent choice for a family or group of friends. The location is a bit countryside a few minutes from Modica Alte where one find supermarket, bakery etc. It is about 30 mins to nice beaches. The reception with introduction and welcoming worked very well. The team from Sudest Homes (Martina & Lorenzo) did a very good job and are very service minded to help if needed. We had some issues with hot water but that was quickly sorted.

Contro: There are a floodlight above the outside dinner table which are too bright if you have a cosy dinner. We never found a switch to turn it off. In the kitchen we missed an extra cutting board and some other small items if you like cooking as we do. The pillows were a bit too hard for us.

Very relaxing stay in this beautiful home.

Pro: Beautiful and quiet surroundings. The property is very peaceful and private. We enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor areas very much. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and bbqing. We all had lots of space.

Contro: No shade over the outdoor dining table.
