Pro: Appartamento arredato e dotato di ogni comfort, tutto il necessario per la cucina, due camere da letto. Grande piscina e patio perfettamente godibili. Ospite eccezionale, abbiamo richiesto di avere (come extra, non compreso nella prenotazione di Booking) una cena con degustazione di specialità locali, e siamo rimasti sbalorditi dalla quantità e qualità del cibo preparati. Decisamente soddisfatti, esperienza andata oltre ogni nostra aspettativa. 10 e lode!

A beautiful house in a wonderful location, just what we wanted.

Pro: We Loved the location, close to the wonderful town of Modica, yet tucked away from the road. The apartment is part of a wonderful house, that was very clean and well equipped. One double bedroom and one twin, the pictures are exactly as it is. The kids loved the snug and the huge pool. Emanuele was the perfect host, friendly and very helpful with lots of suggestions of places to go.

Contro: There isn't anything we didn't like. It was a little tricky to find initially, but that's part of the charm. we wish we could've stayed longer.

Pro: Lush garden, beautiful pool, beautiful high ceiling, amenities like espresso machine, projector, dishwasher, washing machine, comfy sofas.

Contro: This isn’t about the property itself but about Google Maps. If you’re arriving by car and using Google Maps to navigate, the application will show a very narrow road unsuitable for cars for the last 40 meters. There’s a broader, much better road 2 streets ahead, way which will help you park right in the property’s private garage. Make sure you look into the Booking.com application for Emanuele’s messages and video instructions 😄.

Amazing place with great host!

Pro: We LOVED everything about this place. This was the most beautiful house we rented in Sicily this summer. This place is insanely beautiful. Big white stone villa, with HUGE and well maintained swimming pool. The apartment is large. With two separate bedrooms and with big comfortable living room. Emanuele is a great host. Smooth communication, easy going, with lots of attention for their guests needs and with full list of recommendations of good restaurants and places to see. The best experience - night swimming under the palms, with a softly lit house in the background :) Highly recommended!
