Ottima soluzione

Pro: Ottima esperienza. Proprietaria gentilissima, ci ha fatto trovare pasta e bottiglia di pomodoro per un pasto veloce. Presenti anche le cose essenziali per cucinare (olio,sale,zucchero) e anche brace che abbiamo utilizzato. Spazi esterni ampi. Aria condizionata in ogni camera e anche nei due soggiorni.

Contro: Solo i bagni un po' da rimodernare ma per una settimana vanno più che bene!

Rilassante in posizione centrale

Pro: Riservatezza e posizione per visitare le spighe sia in zona Siracusa che Ragusa

Valeria, la ragazza che era presente al check-in è stata molto disponibile, gentilissima e ci ha dato molte dritte x loc

Pro: Abbiamo prenotato l’intera struttura. Ci siamo trovati divinamente! Parcheggio interno, ampio spazio in giardino, c’erano persino le bici a disposizione.

Contro: Non abbiamo trovato nulla di negativo.

Highly recommended especially for large groups and families with kids.

Pro: The Villa is huge and has all the commodities one could need. We were a large group of people so we used all the rooms in the Villa. The upper rooms are nicer and have a large terrace with sea view but accessible by stairs. A car/Van can be parked inside the Villa's huge driveway. We were also welcomed with a lovely pool whom the kids enjoyed a lot. Swimming, Groceries and restaurants etc are nearby as well. The host was great to communicate with and really helpful in suggesting attractions, restaurant etc.....Highly recommend this place.

Contro: The music (not so loud) from the adjacent restaurant might bother those who want complete quiet. Also I noticed that prior the opening of the restaurant the workers like to clean the floor with a leaf blower instead of a broom or hoover. The leave blower makes a huge amount of noise, far more worse then the music which can be frustrating. But the restaurant can also be u bonus for those who want to stay very close for eating. Still I have to mention that I will most probably not eat again in that restaurant because it was a terrible experience for us. Many great options in the surroundings.

Exemplary host. Beautifully designed house and a great terrace

Pro: First of all, it was very easy to communicate with host. She also went out of her way to help us in other matters such as directing us to important locations including the Avola hospital which we needed. Exemplary.

Contro: Not quite did not like but more of a wish list. It would have been good to have a bread knife and possibly a toaster.

Pro: Oikein kiva ja tilava isommalle seurueelle! Sängyt olivat pehmeät ja nukuin kuin tukki ! Erittäin siisti ja rauhallinen paikka. Omistaja on oikein mukava ja kommunikaatio toimi loistavasti joka hetki!
