Pro: Large house. Nice terrace to sit outside. Very much privacy. Host responds fast and friendly.
Contro: Small boilers in the bathrooms. Short showers to all have warm water. Dishwasher hardly cleaned the dishes.

classic villa with amazing garden, interesting classic design and great swimming pool
Pro: Villa has an mazing garden with many beautiful plants and places to chill. Private swimming pool was over our expectations. It is big (much bigger than in most private villas), clean and very comfortable. Our kids were having a lot of fun there and adults enjoyed swimming. It is nice that pool can be used till midnight (it is cleaned with a robot), wich was great after all day trips and evening dinners or trips out of the villa. Villa is very comfortable - with many places to spend time in a group: two well equipped terraces prepared for feasting; couple of sofas, tables and many chairs inside the house; in-house and outside kitchens. Design of the house and interior was really nice - classic and regional. I think it wasn't modernized or redesigned in recent years but in our opinion it isn't needed, we really enjoyed its authentic and style. Kitchen and house were well equipped - we found everything we needed and even more (like pizza oven in the garden).
Contro: Location isn't the best. It is quite far from the beach, bars and shops. Fontane Bianche is not the best beach place in the area but this is just a subjective opinion. We just preferred other visited beaches and resorts. Villa is quite close to the train station - good base for train trips but not the best when traveling with a luggage. It is really recommended to rent a car, as it makes everything easier and more convenient, especially shopping and trips in this amazing part of Sicily. Unfortunately most of the beds were uncomfortable - in our opinion most mattresses need to be replaced with new ones and some of the beds also require replacement or just renovation.

Heerlijke week gehad!
Pro: Mooie villa, goede communicatie vooraf en zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooi groot zwembad en goed onderhouden tuin. Veel keukengerei. Meerdere terrassen en 2 badkamers. Typisch Italiaans ingericht. Buitenkeuken met bbq.
Contro: Een nadeel vonden we dat er veel katten op het terrein zaten en ook op de kussens van de tuinstoelen lagen/plasten. Ook de bbq kon je niet onbeheerd achterlaten.

Pro: Veldig fin og stor hage og svømmebasseng. Stort hus med 2 bad og 3 soverom.
Contro: Litt langt fra nærmeste kafe/butikk. Avhengig av bil. 10 min til strand og 25 min til Syracuse med bil. Harde madrasser og store litt harde puter.

Fajne miejsce, z przymrużeniem oka.
Pro: Duży basen z którego można korzystać do północy, ładny ogród. Ładny dom w sycylijskim stylu bardzo dużo przestrzeni, tego szukaliśmy ale niestety trochę byliśmy zawiedzeni czystością, dobre wi-fi. Cisza i spokój wynagrodziły nam resztę.
Contro: Niestety karaluchy są faktem i to nie małych rozmiarów w domu i na tarasie. Brudne naczynia i sztućce, kuchnia wymaga generalnego sprzątania. Przez cały pobyt nieprzyjemny zapach, czego powodem jest stara kanalizacja. W kuchni pomyliśmy wszystkie kubły na odpady, bo były bardzo brudne i śmierdzące, żeby tam mieszkać przez tydzień i funkcjonować normalnie trzeba było to zrobić! Kategoryczny zakaz wrzucania papieru toaletowego do sedesu., zamiast tego przygotowane pojemniczki na zużyty papier obok! Niezbyt to komfortowe ale stosowaliśmy się do regulaminu. Staraliśmy się nie denerwować na wyżej wymienione wady bo nie w tym rzecz, robiliśmy tak aby nic nie popsuło nam pobytu. Działka i dom w pięknym sycylijskim stylu, z dużym potencjałem ale wymaga większego zadbania i rozwiązania problemów.

Pro: Sehr schöner gepflegter Garten und großer sauberer Pool mit ausreichend Sonnenliegen. Große schattige Terrassen mit vielen Sitzplätzen. Sehr bemühte Vermieter, problemloser Check- in und Check-out.
Contro: Leider war es innerhalb des Hauses nicht sehr sauber und hat zum Teil unangenehm gerochen. Das Geschirr musste vor Benutzung erst gespült werden und es gab leider täglich mehrere Begegnungen mit Kakerlaken sowohl innerhalb des Hauses als auch auf den Terrassen.

Hezká vila se zahradou a bazénem
Pro: Ubytování splnilo naše očekávání, Gianfranco a Irene jsou milí a pozorní hostitelé. Při příjezdu na nás čekali a vše, co se týká provozu ve vile, nám vysvětlili. Bazén je velký, hezký a čistý. Vzhledem k relativně krátké době našeho pobytu a k výletům, které jsme měli naplánované do okolí, jsme nestihli vyzkoušet veškeré možnosti, které vila nabízí (venkovní gril, posezení u bazénu apod.). Pokud plánujete delší pobyt v této lokalitě, určitě doporučuji ubytování ve Ville Alfonsa.

Fantastisch!
Pro: Ik verbleef onlangs in Villa Alfonsa en het was werkelijk een fantastische ervaring. De eigenaars waren buitengewoon vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden. De villa zelf was brandschoon en goed onderhouden, en het feit dat iedereen zijn eigen plekje had, maakte het verblijf des te comfortabeler. De prachtige tuin, en het grote en aangename zwembad was een absolute bonus. Ik heb vooral genoten van de mooie, koele terrassen waarop ik kon ontspannen en van de adembenemende natuur kon genieten. De bedden waren comfortabel en de airco in de kamers zorgde voor zalige verkoeling tijdens de warme dagen. Kortom, Villa Alfonsa is een paradijselijke bestemming die ik ten zeerste aanbeveel aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een ontspannen uitje. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
