Great location and nice family

Pro: Great location, nice family. A bit pricey, but worth it. Enjoyed our stay

Cleanliness and friendliness were the best we have had this trip.

Pro: Extremely clean apartment. Loredana and Pietro were the best hosts. Made us feel like part of their family. Will stay there again.

Cosy historic apartment close to everything on the island

Pro: It's a great location to holiday in, within the historic district. The building is an amazing classic, many hundreds of years old. The place was very clean and had a lovely outdoor area where we spent a fair bit of time when at the apartment. Hosts are friendly, living above the apartment.

Contro: The property has one bathroom, an on-suite to one of the bedrooms, which is a bit awkward. There is very little living space internally, none if the sofa bed is unfolded. The external courtyard is lovely, but the bathroom window opens onto this courtyard, again, awkward. The courtyard is also a thoroughfare for other guests and the owners.

Pro: The owner Pietro was very friendly and helpful, he showed us around the apartment and gave us lots of information and was available to help with anything we needed. The property is in a great location in the old town within a very short stroll to lots of great shops, restaurants and the town beach but also in a very quiet neighbourhood.

Comfy beds, clean and large apartment, great location. Highly recommend.

Pro: The owners were very were responsive in the lead up to our visit and during our time there. Both Pietro and his wife were super friendly and flexible about arrival and departure times. The apartment was large, clean and the beds were the most comfortable we have slept in our entire trip. Would highly recommend.

Contro: Nothing. It was excellent.

Pro: A really nice place in a great location, lovely hosts, fruit and water in the fridge a nice touch, rooms comfortable and clean, aircon in every room..

Contro: The shared bathroom is fine for parents and smaller children but a little uncomfortable for 2 couples.. a curtain or screen across the door is all it needs to be perfect.

A good place to stay in a fascinating city.

Pro: We had a spacious, clean and secure 2 bedroom apartment. Ortigia is an old part of the city, with narrow streets and alleys. The location is excellent - short walking distance to anywhere in Ortigia. Our hosts were friendly, and kind enough to give us a lift to the Railway Station on departure.

Contro: We initially found it difficult to locate Dame', but with the help of our taxi driver we soon found it. Given the nature of Ortigia, some noise from vehicles and passers-by and street graffiti are inevitable. We did not find it disturbing.

Pro: La situation géographiqe à proximité du centre et de la mer. Le logement est très bien équipé, très propre.Un peu sombre toutefois et peu de possibilité d'aérer sauf par la porte d'entrée.Mise à disposition d'un salon de jardin dans la cour, qui n'est pas privative mais qui permet de manger dehors.

Contro: Problème de surtension électrique qui fait sauter les plombs et le paiement en liquide de cette location qui nous a surpris.

Pro: El apartamento muy nuevo, limpieza impecable, bonito jardín para desayunar, muy buena ubicación.

Contro: Parece que en Italia (o en algunas partes) hacen mucha diferencia entre Homestay y B&B. Nosotras acostumbradas a que hay casi de todo en los apartamentos turísticos que habíamos ido hasta ahora (principalmente en Italia), nos extraño un poco de que solo había café, sal, azúcar, gel ducha y champú y 1 rollo papel higiénico en el alojamiento. Pietro nos lo explicó a nuestra llegada. Como era domingo por la tarde con todo cerrado, nos dejó algo de fruta y aceite oliva para desayunar (el pan lo traíamos de otro lugar). Falta una tostadora y dentro del apartamento no va muy bien el wifi.
