Pro: .L'appartamento, ben arredato e fornito di ogni confort, si trova nel centro storico di Ortigia, in posizione comoda per visitare tutti i punti interessanti dell'isola. La pulizia è perfetta. I proprietari si sono dimostrati gentilissimi. Grazie al signor Pietro per l'aiuto che ci ha fornito all'arrivo e alla partenza. Un saluto anche alla signora Loredana che cura in modo amorevole il delizioso giardino.

The most amazing, accommodating hosts who made every effort to make our visit absolutely perfect.

Pro: This property is one of the most unique places we have ever stayed in. It is a 13th century property with all the quirky, authentic and amazing features that you could only hope to expect, Including a private courtyard for complete relaxation. Our hosts Pietro & Lordana were exceptional & we look forward to returning Il Giardino di Lucia to enjoy their hospitality again.

Excellent apartment, great hosts

Pro: Pietro and Loredana were excellent hosts and were always on hand to make sure we had a wonderful stay.There was a bowl of fruit and a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived. The flat is well equipped and the garden area is well kept and a great place to relax in. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. There is a supermarket nearby which is easy to get to and both the sea and the centre of Ortigia are easy to walk to. We loved every minute of our stay and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Ortigia. Bob and Suzanne Scott

A beautiful home with a private, peaceful garden in the centre of Ortigia.

Pro: A beautiful, well equipped accommodation with an exceptionally lovely private garden right in the heart of Ortigia. Easy walking distance from Talete parking with bags. Pietro and Loredana are lovely, helpful and accomodating hosts. We loved everything about our stay.

Pro: Fantastic location, very close walking distance to all the sights, restaurants, stores, and the market. Spotlessly clean and an extremely private and comfortable outdoor seating and lounging area. This was what made us choose this location and very glad we did.

Pro: Pietro and his wife were very welcoming and helpful, even making us a coffee one evening! The outside sitting area is beautiful. We would definitely recommend Il Giardino di Lucia as a place to stay in Ortigia.

A great location with a wonderful courtyard garden - not to be missed!

Pro: A small, simple apartment but with everything you need for a wonderful stay. A great location right in the heart of Ortigia, and the garden is a perfect oasis of calm. What a bonus the outdoor space is, quiet and peaceful. Pietro and his family are charming hosts, nothing is too much trouble and he is keen to ensure you have everything you need.

Contro: The bed has a very hard mattress, but if that’s not ideal for you, don’t let it put you off - everything else is perfect.

Excellent hosts and delightful accomodation

Pro: Pietro and Loredana were great hosts, their accommodation was excellent, both in presentation and location. It has all the facilities required for a great holiday and the wonderful added benefit of a little private garden and covered seating area, which was great for a relaxing morning coffee before venturing out to see the magical sights of Otigia island.
