Molto gradevole, piacevole vista sul mare di Ortigia
Pro: Ottima posizione, appartamentino molto ben curato, fornito di tutto; bella vista sul mare e grande cura negli accessori (cannoli e cialde caffè per prima colazione all'arrivo, acqua e vino in frigo, sedie per prendere il sole, etc.). Gestione molto efficiente e professionale, con grande attenzione e simpatia nella interazione con gli ospiti.
Contro: Il bagno è un po' piccolo.

We had a lovely stay thank you.
Pro: Close to everything with water nearby. Nice little surprises left for us and a helpful host.
Contro: The stairs were fine for us but could be hard for some. Extra ventilation in the shower would be great but maybe not possible. You need to be ok ‘living on the street’ to stay here.

Perfect stay in Ortigia
Pro: Great place to stay, perfectly equipped and clean. Location was wonderful with view to sea, calm and quiet. Contact with Patrizia perfect, clear instructions how to enter and use facilities , always responsive and helpful. We got snacks, water and bottle of wine as welcome gift which was lovely.

Pro: Beautiful, spotless apartment on the seafront in lovely Ortigia. Everything about it is perfect! Great location with sea bathing down the steps opposite the flat. Easy walking to all the highlights of the island. Great owner answered all our queries promptly and helpfully. We thought us 70 year olds might struggle with the stairs 🤣 but actually we managed well. Send Franco your phone number and he’ll send you very helpful details about the flat, including how to get in and how to work the wonderful AC. He asks you to send your passport details to him for registration so have a photo of the name page from your passport and also of the entry date stamp page ready to send him by WhatsApp. We loved everything about our too-short stay. Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt in der Altstadt
Pro: Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, 2 Zimmer verbunden durch eine recht steile Treppe, Badezimmer mit Dusche und separate Toilette. Wir haben die Zeit hier direkt am Meer sehr genossen, eine Terrasse oder Balkon wäre natürlich sehr schön, aber immerhin hat man von oben den Blick auf das Meer. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Ortygia sind alle zu Fuß zu erreichen, für nahegelegene Städte wie Noto oder Ragusa wäre ein Auto nicht schlecht - möglicherweise auch öffentlich oder organisiert. Parken kann man in der Nähe, 5 Min. zu Fuß, im Parkhaus \
Contro: ZTL - zona traffico limitato. Was haben wir gelacht, die 3 Buchstaben scheinen einheimische Autofahrer magisch anzuziehen. Für Freunde des Straßenverkehrs ist für Abwechselung gesorgt. Achtung, bei eigenem Auto oder Leihwagen muss man Patricia vorher das Nummernschild mitteilen, um zu parken reicht das aber trotzdem nicht. Gelbe Linien am Straßenrand sind für uns Auswärtige tabu.

Casa típica davant de la cornisa marítima.
Pro: L´apartament estava davant de la cornisa marítima de Siracusa, on les onades esclataven contra el roc de les muralles. La casa era típica de Siracusa. L´apartament , dividit en dos plantes estava molt ben organitzat. El sostre del´habitació era abombat. Situat dintre de la ciutat antiga de Siracusa es podia arribar ràpidament a tots els llocs d´interés. Es podía aparcar davant de la casa per deixar l´equipatge i l´aparcament, cobert, a 8 minuts caminant costava 15 EUR. per 24 hores.

Pro: Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einem der schönen Altstadtgebäude von Ortigia. Die Renovierung der Wohnung in modernem Design gepaart mit ursprünglichen Stilelementen des Altbaus ist sehr gelungen. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wunderbar und man kann wirklich nachts die Briese am Meer hören. In Ortigia gibt es alles, was man braucht und möchte.
