Posizione ottima e appartamento ben fornito

Pro: L'appartamento è in una posizione perfetta per visitare Ortigia e dintorni, è ben fornito e abbastanza pulito (farei più attenzione alle stoviglie della cucina che purtroppo non erano il massimo). L'host Giulio è gentilissimo e molto disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. Il letto è molto comodo così come il divano e nonostante si affacci su una delle vie principali, non siamo stati disturbati essendo piuttosto silenzioso.

Contro: Rivedrei la rubinetteria dell'appartamento in generale e la pressione dell'acqua, in quanto alle volte non ne veniva erogata a sufficienza e i rubinetti sono un po' datati. Inoltre abbiamo avuto difficoltà con il portone che affaccia sulla strada, per fortuna l'host è stato molto disponibile a spiegarci come fare per aprire, però sarebbe il caso di sistemarlo.

Pro: Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in questa struttura. Pulito e molto comodo con tutti i servizi essenziali. Il Sig.Giulio l'host è molto bravo e professionale. Consiglio fortemente l'Art House a tutti per un soggiorno full immersion ad Ortigia.

Artistry!

Pro: A lovely apartment in a lovely secure building, situated in a central (and of course lovely) part of Isola di Ortgia. The apartment had everything one might require of a self-sufficient stay for any amount of time, right down to kitchen utensils. It was spacious, clean, modern, and you can't go far wrong in choosing Art House for your stay in Syracusa. P.s. The Art in Art House is magnificent!

Contro: Honestly, the apartment was perfect. For the sake of comment I would say that the shower could use some attention, but a wobbly bracket and being a bit low for my height was in no way a deal breaker. The shower besides, I would get rid of the tiny Michael Jackson ornament! ;)

Superb stay

Pro: Fab apartment in the heart of Ortigia. Had everything we needed and more. Comfy, large bed. Very generous coffee provided. Shops, cafes etc all around! Loved the art work in the apartment.

Contro: Nothing.

A great 6 night stay - we would definitely stay here again

Pro: Fab apartment in amazing location - tons of space - everything you need there - great suggestions from the host for restaurants and all sorts of things - a great base for Ortigia which is the most amazing little place

Contro: After reading other reviews we took earplugs because of the rubbish truck noise - I think maybe the bedroom door doesn’t seal properly as they’re quality doors but it’s not that bad - you need to pull the front door toward you to get in - easy once you know this truck -

Pro: The location of the apartment is perfect and also the windows almost helped the noise from outside

Contro: There are only two air conditioners in the apartment and it is not enough because if you eat breakfast in the kitchen the air conditioner does not reach there and it is very hot especially in August

A lovely home for our stay in Ortigia!

Pro: It is a lovely house in the center of the Ortigia island! We just loved it! The house is very comfortable and well designed. I loved the freshness of the bath towels and the lovely fragrance in the bedroom!

Contro: Nothing.

Pro: It was a really clean, spacious apartment. Great location even though a bit noisy at night, since you are right in the center of all the action. It had everything you needed.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage.

Pro: Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Großzügige Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz.

Contro: Chambres qui donnent sur une rue animée, un peu bruyant mais tout à fait supportable
